If you enjoy Subway then you’ll enjoy this Subway. I always order mobile pickup & my sub is always made just right - which is saying something because I’m not there to make sure it’s “my way.” The staff is also always very friendly. It’s a chill vibe for sure.

The best Subway on the west end of Ann Arbor I think it's the West end anyway but it definitely the best Subway at this area of Ann Arbor for sure I know it's in a gas station but it's great both the owner of the gas station and Subway is is very good he knows what he's doing as far as making a sub and ringing you up and all that kind of stuff but also he has an employee named Naomi who is amazing whether she's working the subway section or the gas station section she is like the best employee he has other than himself and you know she just kills it like when she makes us up like she is very good at making subs so if Naomi is over there making subs and you want a sub and you're worried about if it's going to be made right Well I'm going to tell you if Naomi's there it's going to get made right so tipper she's very nice she's very good and she deserves tips because she's that good Anyways my point is yeah like I love this store because of the stuff like the owner is a very good guy he does everything above and beyond you know Naomi you know she's just a staff member so you can't expect her to be as enthusiastic about the owner about things but at the same time you know she definitely kicks ass when it comes to being able to knock the subs out of the park and make them awesome and also like when she is just running the gas station ringing you up You know she might play on her phone here and there but at the same time like it doesn't slower down she always stops and pays attention to you immediately upon you walking up and make sure you get in and out as quick as possible even though she's probably going to be there all day so you know she's not one of those people who are like oh I'm going to be here all day what do I care if they wait she's not like that she's going to help you get in and out of the store and she knows that you're waiting and you don't need to wait and that you want to get out of there so anyways I can't say anyone any better of a review for this store or Naomi or her boss they're like seriously like it's probably like they're probably the best people I've reviewed since I've been doing this and I've been doing this for a while I'm a very respected guide that has a lot of reviews and like most of them are dissing people because they deserve it but I rarely ever praise people because they deserve it and you know it hasn't happened in a long time but these two people deserve my praise so hopefully this goes through!

Sandwiches were prepared quickly and with care. This place also accepted the corporate subway coupons so I was pleased with the price (normally gas station franchises don't participate in those offers). Was able to snag a footlong and a six inch for just over ten bucks.

Would leave 0 stars if possible. Ordered a steak and cheese and pizza sub online, both with extra cheese. Only to get back and realize there was no cheese at all on either sub. Upon returning and asking for them to rectify the situation, the lady argued with us and told us she knows she put cheese on them because she just made them. After digging into the steak and cheese sub arguing that the cheese was just melted, she opened the pizza sub to find zero cheese at all. Instead of apologizing and rectifying the situation she acted rude the entire time like we were in the wrong? Why would we lie about there being no cheese on our subs 🤔 10/10 do not recommend.
Had a bad experience tonight. I spent almost $20 and the food tasted old/stale. From the bread to the meat. It was hard to chew and I ended up having to throw it away. Hopefully my next visit will be better

Every time I go to this subway I have problems so this is my last time. Ordered a BLT and asked for just the bacon to be heated and to not toast the sandwich. Worker assured me that heating it on the bread would still leave bread soft. Well I just opened it up and it's hard as a rock. They weren't busy either so I'm not sure why he couldn't just do what I asked. Sandwich is inedible and going in the garbage and I can't go back to the store because my break is over. Waste of money.

Watch out for overcharging!The last two times I went here I was overcharged. The first time it was for a different more expensive sub (a dollar more). Didn’t notice until after I left so not much I could do and wasn’t worth the effort to drive back.Today I got a sub and after I got my receipt I saw an upgrade charge of $1.50. I didn’t get any extra/upgrades. Luckily I saw before I left, and was refunded the amount without question.There’s another review talking about being overcharged…so there’s got to be many more customers not catching this.

Overcharged $1.27Ordered a footlong veggie delight, very light amount of veggies put on sandwhich. Paid without looking at total (my mistake) charged $10.06. I regularly purchase this exact sub no add ons price is always $8.79Of course they didnt give me a reciept. For $10 i recieved a sub bun with a tiny amounts of veggies. Will not return to this location.
