Just received the worst service. I get it that Covid has made it so roast beef is extinct.. just take it off of your menu. Also this restaurant doesn’t have public bathrooms?

Would give 0 stars if I could. Work in the area and have ate here about 5 times and EVERY time the order is wrong. You have to watch them make your sandwich because it is guaranteed to get messed up. Never use grubhub either, got a sandwich that was completely wrong... no cheese, every topping when i did not select that and the wrong sauce. They never own up to the mistakes either, this place will not stay in business at this rate nor do they deserve to. 5 Chances I gave them! I will 100% drive longer to avoid this place. 10/10 Do NOT recommend

Set up an order on Grubhub. They forgot my chips for my two meals, I called and called many times with no answer. This isnt the first time my order gets messed up here. Dont come here if you want an accurate order or good service. The last time I called with an issue the manager tried to get loud with me and refused to fix a simple issue.

Worst subway ever! They overcharged us about $4 on order and refused to acknowledge. I pulled up the same order online to verify pricing. Works and manager were rude and just talked over me and wouldn’t listen. Avoid eating here!

This is the worst subway I've ever been to! The guy kept repeating himself because he had his stupid headphones in, instead of listening to the customer. Kept asking more than once of what items I wanted after I already clearly and loudly said why I wanted. He didn't care on how he made the sandwich at all since he just kept throwing the items on the bread and half of it was falling off. I asked for mayo and he put a tiny little bit on a foot long so I asked for some more and he got mad! He put a bunch on there with attitude and then threw it back in place all pissy. We walked in and the floor was full of dry mud everywhere (it's sunny out and no rain) and the whole place was just dirty. I guess middle eastern people don't care for cleanliness or customer service. Thankfully I will not be back to this locations

I would give 0 stars if I could when in to get a sub with a coupon that I got in the mail ( buy a sub and a drink get a free 6 in) so I was Going to buy a foot long and get a free 6" was told that they don't honor the Coupon When I asked to talk to the manager I had to wait for a phone call to be returned to the store to talk to a person on the phone who I could barely understand and ultimately be told basically to screw off. Needless to say I won't be returning
