The salad choices are excellent, they use fresh ingredients and there are a lot of healthy options to select from.

Bright, not cozy so it's not exactly the place for a cozy gathering on a cold winter day - but you can get a group as high as 10 comfortably around one of the two front tables near the windows.
The food is outstanding, especially for the price. The staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of very healthy choices with calories included.

The service quality at the Washtenaw Sweetgreen has declined substantially over the past year. It’s no longer friendly and accurate. Now it’s indifferent and careless. My order is frequently incorrect. I try to order online so as to avoid interaction with the store’s staff. On my last visit the store was totally out of stock on both water cups and plastic knives. When I asked a staff member for them his response was merely “we’re out of both.” No apologies. My frequency of visiting Sweetgreen has declined considerably.
I read in WSJ that the Sweetgreen chain is suffering financially. It’s easy to see why this is the case. I have no doubt that this review will get one of the same prewritten responses that the store’s manager is sending out.

I was eating here consistently once a week. They gave me yellow and brown kale today. I’m wondering if staff knows anything about what they’re serving because, that clearly means it’s bad. They also got rid of their focaccia from Zingerman’s and whatever focaccia they have now tastes like paper - not worth even spending the money on. Very sad. This place used to be great.

They limit your ability to customize on online orders and deliveries like door dash they limit what u can changes if they out of some ingredients
I have ordered from Sweetgreen many times and love it, but the last two times I have ordered, they have not gotten our order correct. On the last order, just one topping was missing. However, on my most recent order, they missed 3 of my 5 toppings on a create your own. There seems to be less attention to precision more recently unfortunately.
Literally 0 way to get ahold of the store by phone. Called to try to and correct an order placed and talked with a robot for 30 minutes with no way to get in touch with this location.

I order lunch from Sweetgreen a few times a week and I am always very happy with my food!
I order the same meal and the consistency with their food is unmatched.

First time at this location. Ordered here while traveling and had a great experience. My food wasn’t ready when I went in but an employee greeted me right away and finished my bowls. Delicious, as always!

When you charge a premium for a salad bowl, bare minimum is to ensure that the ingredients are fresh and not spoiled leftovers from the previous day!
EDIT: This happens time and time again. When you go on Mondays, expecting to start the week with fresh food, all you get is spoiled food from the weekend.
