The food is amazing, but this place can get filthy as hell. I'm not sure if the staff gets too busy bc they are all the time when you go in, or the customers are trifling as hell bc they are the ones making the place a slop house, but cleaning needs to be a priority when it comes to food and food service. The gnats are getting ridiculous especially since its getting COLDER outside.

I made a mistake in my order and they took care of me! So I would say they gave excellent customer service by the manager (didn’t catch their name) 8/27 @ 7:50p. The food is the best!! It’s so fresh and tasty!!!! I got takeout but the restaurant is clean and staff is friendly and personable. I love it, have ordered a lot of different meals—all amazing, and will keep coming back!!!
Awful Food! Pre ious order was great . Tonight 9/23.2024 Terrible! We ordered 3 bowls the Salmon was the size of a sardine and almost 20.00, the blackened chicken no sauce , the sweet potatoes were dry and wrinkled, the rice was like glue, the veg slaw had about 4 carrots and the brussel sprouts looked like maybe kale greens and burnt. The steak bowl the meat was gray. We took them back for a remake and asked for the manager, and He refused to come from the back and address our concerns. They remade them and told us that the all the brussel sprouts looked like that tonight. The second remake was just as bad as the first. The taste was of charred burnt food. This is way too expensive to put out poor quality food like this. Save Your money this is awful

I got hired as a dishwasher for sweetgreen. I was struggling a little to keep up with the work expectations and was promised three weeks to improve during my probationary period. I was fired over text the following day.
Don't waste your money on a business that doesn't even respect their employees or their own word. I thought my grass was greener working here only to be betrayed and disappointed in the management of this overpriced salad ? joint.
P.s my stalker put hidden cameras in the bathrooms to stalk me at work, it's your problem now. I suggest you get the police involved cus I'm never stepping in a sweetgreen again from working there.

I ordered a create your own bowl with chicken, rice, and an egg. This is what I got. I think the picture speaks for itself. Terrible service. I will not be ordering from Sweetgreen or recommending them to anyone.

I have been eating at SG since they opened at least twice a week. I just went in to order my usual salad and was told I couldn't have wild rice because they can only use it for online orders. I was literally standing right in front of a huge vat of wild rice. Why would an online order take priority over someone that is standing directly in front of you? Can't you make more wild rice to then make the online orders? Disappointing SG just lost a very loyal customer.
UPDATE - I noticed the owner responded to my post with a simple generic form response. They even have an incorrect location. I was at the downtown Ann Arbor location. Even more reason to not return. If you make a mistake perhaps address that mistake and tell me how you are going to fix the problem.A customer should never stand in front of you and say I want that right there and then be told no you can not have that. WHAT?? There is a giant vat of what I want right there! Sweetgreen responds oh that? Sorry no you can't have that its reserved for online orders. Maybe make more for the online orders that aren't even in the building when you have someone standing directly in front of you.

Healthy fast food is a thing? Well it is here in sweetgreen. Delicious too!? Whats the catch? Online ordering is horrid, bowls missing main ingredients etc (Shroomami with no mushrooms? Wtf). If you go in youre good tho. A bit pricey but then again there aren't many healthy alternatives so I love with it.

Picked up a Chicken Ceaser Salad from Sweet Greens. Fresh lime juice and dressing were added, preceding the salad being tossed, and bread was served with the meal. The salad tasted good. I split the salad with someone else, we ordered it as carry-out. The business was in a shopping area with businesses like Anthropologie and Lululemon. There was an outdoor seating area that was not directly attached to Sweet Greens. The food looked fresh.
