This Sweetwaters location in Ann Arbor has a truly wonderful atmosphere. It’s set in a small plaza with charming colonial brick architecture, which creates a cozy and inviting environment. The ambience is relaxing and welcoming, and there’s plenty happening around the shop. Nearby you’ll also find a great market deli, which adds to the overall experience and makes this spot feel like part of a lively little community.

Great drinks, amazing atmosphere super calm pleasing, large lots of seating, indoor and outdoor quite cozy, seems like a great place more unique and clean than other coffee shops, coffee is however just average the matcha and cold brew, but atmosphere and cleanliness makes up for it.
