Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea

Delicious coffee. Had a cappuccino and a latte. Both were very good. Food selection was not particularly appetizing. Service was very good. It's of places to sit and enjoy. One of the better stops we have had on our St Louis to Toronto route for coffee.

Sweet spot for coffee and pastries-

This Sweetwaters is just a reliable spot to grab a decent coffee and work in the Union’s gorgeous courtyard. Coffee prices here a little jacked up and their pastries feel like they’re trying to rob fellow students, but beyond that, got no complaints.

This was seriously one of my favorite coffee shops until this past weekend, since when do people charge for liquid sugar which is just sugar mixed with water!? NO other coffee shop does this. The girl had such a nasty attitude and aura to her, I couldn’t even believe she would be allowed to serve people beverages. She dropped the blender and didn’t even pick it up, the coworker who took my order picked it up for her. Disgusting behavior!!!! This was Thursday around 8:30pm, whomever was working the counter (white female) NEEDS to be trained on how to engage with customers and leave her attitude outside before coming to work.

Vegetarian options: They have alternative milks to choose from.

They serve my favorite iced matcha latte to date! I’ve had it a couple times and it’s absolutely delicious. I’d pick one up every day if I could! The atmosphere is also super nice with great places to hangout and read or study or even play some games with friends.

I like Sweetwaters a heck of alot more than I like Starbucks. The coffee is always good, and the emoloyees are much much MUCH friendlier than Starbucks employees, except for yesterday. I bought a fortune cookie with my drink, but there was no fortune in it. I asked if I could grab another one because, well, i get the fortune cookie for the FORTUNE. The fortune helps me get through a rough day sometimes. With no fortune, it's merely an ordinary cookie. A cookie that tastes like vanilla-flavored printer paper, no less. The barista said "Uhhh No, we'll have to charge you for another one."What gives, guys? Even your typical unfriendly Starbucks employee would have helped me out there. Yeah, I know, it's only a 80 cent cookie, but it's the principle of the thing. I recieved a defective product, and the barista's response was pretty lame.

Owners are petty union busters. There are literally over a dozen other places to get coffee within a mile, don't waste your time or money here.

I usually love coming here, but today I waited over 10 minutes for a spinach feta pretzel melt that was cold and stale. they didn't even bother to heat it first.

Amazing coffee (including house blends) and bakery items. I have tried their mango drink (they claimed to make the syrup themselves) but I'm not too fond of it because of added sugar.
