I definitely won’t be going to this location again? I went through the drive-through with my boyfriend and another friend around 11:22pm. When we pulled in it was hard to tell if they were open or not, even though apple maps shows they close at 1am everyday, but seen a few people ahead of us waiting on food. I can tell they are understaffed and hate their jobs, because we dealt with the rudest person I could ever think of. He told us they were closing and we were the last order that would be taken and rushed us on ordering and, with an attitude, told us to hurry up so we didn’t even get half of what we wanted. I wanted something that I guess they didn’t have, and rudely was told “Nope, try again we don’t have those”. While in line said staff member went outside to take trash out while cussing and complaining about too many orders. The person in front of us was ordering food for Doordash was told to leave because they were closing and another car behind us, even though we we’re supposedly the last ones getting food for the night, and he messed up our order. When we pulled up to get our food, he was acting all nice. It is clear he was probably having a bad day and was the only one working on shift, but this is just unprofessional! Never coming back here and don’t plan on it :)

I don’t know what kind of stick the guy taking orders had up his a** but he was so rude for no reason. first it took a few minutes for him to actually greet me, then I was mid order and he just said “nope. can’t do it” but I didn’t understand because, again, I was mid sentence. so I said “sorry what was that” and he said “we can’t do it” (but didn’t specify what) so I asked if I could do a chicken one instead (initially ordered steak). and he proceeded to get very snippy and was like “well obviously there’s a reason we can’t do it. you would think if we can’t do the steak we can’t do the chicken” like oh okay ?

This location is a disaster. Understaffed all the time. Doesn't matter if you order ahead expect to wait 45 minutes+ in the drive-thru. Use the TB on Jackson Rd instead, 100x better.

Ordered 3 cheesy double beef burritos. Got what I ordered, but burritos were about half the size they should have been. At this point for 10$ I don't expect much from anyone, but if you go right down the road to the jackson rd taco bell, the food is the appropriate portion sizes and friendly service. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 2 miles. This place gives is cheating you out of your hard earned money for completely pathetic portions

Busy night, couldn't order Black Beans which is a dietary restriction for me, so that was a bummer. Food was good and made properly, but my burritos were busted out the ends and sides and went everywhere.
Drive thru service isn’t what I’d expect from the usual Taco Bell. They close at 12:30, not 1. I went through twice in two nights. Drive through sucks.

Management caused a fight inside Ascend smoke shop with my friend over a 2 dollar preroll(FructiseCake) and called the cops on both the drive thru and his boss! I'm glad it was only over a crunch wrap and not a straw
