Overcharged me for several burito supremes at the drivethrough lane. When I parked and walked in to get a refund, they told me that their prices had changed and the kiosk displays hadn't been updated yet-hence no refund. That will be that last time I ever go to a Taco

I got spicy potato soft tacos, my favorite, and ordered ahead online, because they don't always have potatoes ready on hand so I like to give a heads up.
I got my food, and there are 6 little cold potato pieces in my taco. Needless to say, I was sad. Could've easily just thrown some potatoes in the frier so they'd have enough for both tacos. Came back through and ordered and paid for another side of potatoes so I could fill my tacos properly, thankfully they did drop fresh potatoes down to fill that order.

I don't generally rate fast food places, but this TB location always has hot, fresh, correctly prepared food. The team always seems to be having a fairly good time together, and they are kind and patient through the drive through speaker.
Additionally, they aren't doing the terrible AI through the speaker thing that creeps me out - I'm never going back to THAT location.
That they carry my greatest, oldest fast food love, the Chili Cheese Burrito is the spicy icing on the cake. If they served the double Decker taco, I would be in millennial heaven.
Normally I can expect average service at this location but they dropped the ball this time. We were missing a dipping sauce meant to come with the box order, were not given the double order of cinnabon delights, nor the Diablo sauces ordered. When we called to get a refund for the missing paid items, they claimed we would need to go in person to get refunded. Far too disappointing to put up with ever again and paid for services not rendered.

This taco Bell was under reconstruction. Now I like the new Taco bell. They are doing a wonderful job. I ordered the Luxe box. I am a vegetarian. Previously when it comes to vegetarian order request they were very impatient never listened to us. They always put beef. But the new team was very careful and they listened to our order request. Chalupa layer was fried and it wasn't raw or uncooked. The taco shells weren't stale and they gave me extra taco sauce-mild if you are wondering. 👍😁. Cashier Juan was awesome and very helpful. Thank you guys. I love the new team. Thank you for reading this review. 🙏🙂✨😎.

The workers here are amazing and do there job with a smile on their face. If you need to go to a Taco Bell in Ann Arbor or Yisplani, go to this one.
Entering in my own order took way longer than just going to the counter. I needed a receipt and then you have to take the time to type in your phone or email and get your information added to a list that gets sold and increase your spam. Food was good, hot, clean rest. Put someone at the counter!
