After two hours waiting on order .. order was canceled by the restaurant for no reason.
Not the first time, last time waiting time for my order in person was more than 30 min. The best slow food ever!

Another Taco Bell not worth anything so far been here 30 minutes waiting for two tacos
ordered a crispy cantina chicken taco it came with cheese half melted and fallin apart. also ordered chips & cheese and got a scoop of crumbs. very dissatisfied but there were only 2 gentlemen i seen working so i know they were struggling

Horribly incompetent. I spent half an hour also known as my entire lunch break waiting in line and it only moved up two car lengths. The woman taking orders also sounded very high making me repeat myself several times. I would recommend foraging for food before going here. Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to.

I ordered a cantina burrito and they gave me a tortilla shell with literally nothing in it. You go here, spend 25 dollars and get absolutely nothing. Never again.

Downloaded the app and got free food and better deals. Their new crispy chicken taco is really tasty. You can't go wrong with the Doritos Locos Tacos. We can't get enough if the mini Cinnabons. More favorites are the Mexican Pizza, chicken or steak Gorditas and Nacho Supreme.
No breakfast no stars
This location is convenient for me on my way home from work & I used to come here a lot so I could use my app & get rewards but I can't take it anymore.
The wait is horrendous no matter what time of day. I understand that this is probably a really busy location, so I'm willing to extend some grace, but it's about a 40 minute wait minimum every single time regardless of whether you're going through the drive-thru or picking up inside. Mike & another gentleman are the only competent staff members I've run into & they know how to continue to provide excellent customer service during their busiest times.
I usually always go through the drive-thru when I go to this location, but one time recently, I decided that I wanted to pick my order up in the store. I tried to update my pick-up location in the app but I was having a hard time so I went inside the store & saw Mike. I talked to Mike & he was either going on break or leaving for the day, so he notified his team members that I wanted to pick-up inside before leaving. I waited for about 30 minutes, which is standard at this location so I didn't think anything of it, but I decided to check in just in case there was a miscommunication. I went to the counter & when I finally got someone's attention, I asked about my order. They grabbed my order for me which appeared to be ready for me at the drive-thru. I didn't complain at all because I understood that there might have been a miscommunication. However, the young woman working the drive-thru took it upon herself to engage me directly & tell me that it was ready for me at the drive-thru because that's the option that I had selected in the app. I can't tell you how angry this made me. Before you decide to get sassy with customers & try to tell them that they are at-fault, you should probably know the situation first. But that's too much to ask for from anybody working here because nobody at this location knows anything & always walk around aimlessly like they are confused. This isn't the last time that I went to this location, but it definitely contributed.

The kid at the drive through was very friendly and courteous.
This was our first time ordering the chicken strips. We received burnt, petrified chunks of charcoal. Maybe that's why the wait was so long? See photos.
