my dad went to pick up an order for my family, he was told that they lost the order then said they never made the order. my dad asked if they can prioritize our order because it was supposed to be ready around the time he arrived at the location. the staff and manager told him to go make it himself of he’s not happy. there is no reason to be this disrespectful to a customer after the restaurant fails to make the order and lie about it. never going to the location at zeeb and jackson in ann arbor

I’m so shocked by the behavior of the lady at the drive thru. I ordered a happy hour drink and got charged full price. I asked why I was charged full price and was told I had to tell them I wanted the happy hour price. Absolutely bs. When I called to speak with a manager the same lady said “oh she’s on the phone with a very important call right now.” What a joke! I had just gone to the TB in Chelsea, MI and had a much better experience. I recommend you go there if you can swing up there out of town. This place blows. They put the mexican pizza at the bottom and it got smushed and destroyed, the sauces were a disgusting clump or a pile of them all stuck together from some mystery food or something that dried on them binding them all together in a pile. You had to have seen that when you put them in the bag. We won’t return here hope it was worth the $3 you overcharged me and the crappy service you gave!

I drive 15 minutes out of my way past two other Taco Bells to go here. This place always is generous with the sauce. They are always friendly and helpful. Always quick and well trained on the equipment and orders.

On 7/18/25 I made a lunch order through the app, and arrived at the location shortly after I was notified that my order was prepared. I arrived at 11:17, after my receiving the notification that my food was ready at 11:15. Staff at this location blatantly ignored me the entire time I was there. I stood for 15 minutes while staff and managers worked and made small talk in the kitchen area less than 5 feet away from me. I repeatedly made eye contact with staff, but no one came to bring me my order until I literally raised my voice and yelled asking for help. By the time I finally received my order, around 11:35, my food had sat for around 20 minutes and was already cold.

The drive through on Jackson Road took at least 20 minutes. I thought it was because it was short staffed but when I got to the window there were at least 3 people working. I ordered 3 supreme tacos which are supposed to have tomatoes and sour cream, but they only had meat, cheese, and lettuce. I would assume theyd at least tell me theyre out of food items if I order something that has those items. The tacos were very small and dry.
The guy working the drive through at 11:30pm on 6/13/2025 should not be working with customers. He wouldn’t take my order and was being extremely rude. When I asked him what his name was he said “your daddy”. I do know that he drives a Silverado because he tried flexing that on me to show that he’s makin “the big bucks” lol. I’ll try to get ahold of management during the day but this guy was pathetic and needs a reality check.
