Wow!!! Ordered the meal for 2 and won't be ordering anything from Taco Bell again. Tortilla chips smelled and tasted rancid (tossed intge trash after one bite), bean burritos were dry and tinny bit of onion, and the tacos, well, not sure it was real meat. At the very least, it may be a very poor quality meat.
I worked for Taco Bell many, many years ago. Food was waaaay better quality, and so was the service. The fast food industry either needs a new strategy, better quality food, and service (ref. In-n-Out burger),or it will be gone. Drive by any of these places, and one can see there is little to no traffic. Maybe it’s the poor model of profit before quality. 🤷🏻

Ordered a number one 3 crunchy taco supreme. Paid extra for supreme and got tacos with little meat and little lettuce. NOT SUPREME!!! Its several dollar difference too. You could see they didnt have my order as others were done before mine and they almost forgot my soda. I had to remind them. Very disappointing.

It never fails. They get something about the order wrong every single time. And it sucks because by the time you notice, and are at home, some people can eat their food and one person can't. So if you return to their location, all they replace is the thing they got wrong. Nevermind the major inconvenience of having to drive twice and not being able to eat together with the others I bought food for. By the time I have to do all that, it's just not worth it anymore. Their food has gotten so expensive, too, it's not worth it.
Buddy got my order wrong twice. At least he got my Gatorade right, so I’ll give him one star for that, but I mean cmon now boys.

Overall, not good. I've gone here a few times and this last time was not it. Food was cold, missing items, bad quality once I got my food. Also being the only person in the drive thru still waited 20 minutes to get any update on it.
Got my food, still wrong, went inside to wait 10 more minutes along with 3 other people who have been waiting even longer. I got help then overheard a woman in the back say something unprofessional about my request for the food I had ordered originally, that in turn became the only hot food item I had gotten once i finally recieved the correct item.
2/10 gonna put this place on break for the foreseeable future.
