Moved to the Shell Gas Station on the Northside on Plymouth Road. Food is excellent and the preparing it fresh takes just a bit longer than filling your tank of gas. The owner has the main restaurant in Livonia which offers a mix of Arabic and Mexican food, although the truck focuses on the Mexican. I had the Steak Nachos with everything on it and they were great, with crisp, not soft/soggy chips and 3 different spice level salsas👍🏻
Parking: Park while you fill gas at the pump or on the lot behind, which is a mini strip mall with multiple shops.
Kid-friendliness: Kids will love the food truck experience, just be careful if standing in the way of cars at the fuel station

Not from area , but love food trucks ... decided to try today on my lunch hour , very very good food and service was top notch as well !!! Worth the money

This is hands down the best tacos I have had in Ypsilanti/Ann arbor. All the fillings are super flavorful and delicious, and they give you some amazing pickled vegetables in addition to the typical onions + cilantro + radish. The people working there are also very kind and helpful. Tasty Agua Fresca as well!

Tl;dr: Hands down the best burritos/tacos in the Ann Arbor/Yspi area.We’ve been to almost all the Mexican restaurants here in search of the best burrito and May have finally found it in Beirock. We had the Barbacoa burrito and the Quessabirria with consommé. Both were phenomenal. For the price, the amount of meat they had was more than any burrito place I’ve yet visited and it came packed with flavor. The owner Adrian is very nice and very much cares about and is proud of his business. We will most certainly be coming back.
