Moved to the Shell Gas Station on the Northside on Plymouth Road. Food is excellent and the preparing it fresh takes just a bit longer than filling your tank of gas. The owner has the main restaurant in Livonia which offers a mix of Arabic and Mexican food, although the truck focuses on the Mexican. I had the Steak Nachos with everything on it and they were great, with crisp, not soft/soggy chips and 3 different spice level salsas👍🏻

This is hands down the best tacos I have had in Ypsilanti/Ann arbor. All the fillings are super flavorful and delicious, and they give you some amazing pickled vegetables in addition to the typical onions + cilantro + radish. The people working there are also very kind and helpful. Tasty Agua Fresca as well!

Tl;dr: Hands down the best burritos/tacos in the Ann Arbor/Yspi area.We’ve been to almost all the Mexican restaurants here in search of the best burrito and May have finally found it in Beirock. We had the Barbacoa burrito and the Quessabirria with consommé. Both were phenomenal.
