The crew is great 5 stars because the food was fantastic. They were super friendly and very accommodating. As soon as the food was ready they handed it to us. No middle man to have to touch your food. Straight from the cook. The only problem we had is my daughter ordered separately and they forgot to get a name so when it was ready they placed it on the counter for pick up instead of letting us know it was ready. I had to go ask for it. When they realized what had happened they were very apologetic and even offered to make her a new burger. That is great service. I am coming back again.

The staff is very friendly. The food is extremely good. It's definitely more than a fast food place, but the food quality is worlds apart. It's worth the extra few dollars.

Wasn't anything special. Service was adequate, bland, going through the motions, not helpful for a first time customer. Burger was extremely overpriced for ala cart. Spent over $12 for a bland tasteless BBQ burger, no seasoning. I tried vary hard not to watch the grill cook (as I work in the food industry and know of it's short comings), I failed and looked. The grill cook would take the raw burger patties out of the drawer and then proceed to continue cooking, touching uncooked food, cooked food and all their utensils without changing his gloves. And one employee was out in parking lot smoking weed on their break.Parking: Ann arbor saline rd
