I wish I could give this a zero. If you have tastebuds, you’ll listen to me. The drink I received (mango fruit tea) was said to be a popular choice, if that’s one of the best flavors I don’t know how they are open. My drink and the strawberry jelly were literally neon, NEON! The tapioca boba was also incredibly small, I’m not joking, the boba was smaller than one of my teeth. Also you pay around a dollar for each topping yet they choose to give INCREDIBLY small SERVINGS for the toppings. Even my sister and friend’s were flabbergasted by how it looked. The taste did not even resemble what mango would taste like. I asked if they used tea, they said green tea, I said wonderful, then they proceed to give me a mango fruit tea, that tastes nothing like a mango and nothing like tea. I basically paid for overpriced neon water.
Amazing options

It was a nice boba place. I love the options the tapioca pearls are kinda small and the boba was relatively good. The fruit tea didn't taste like the fruit (we got passion fruit and dragon fruit) but it still tasted good.

Stopped by for takeout after visiting a local art exhibit- great tiny pit stop. Variety of flavors with a bold yet calming atmosphere. Mango boba was so good! Sweet stuff not for me as much.

I love Tea Ninja. My go-to drink is the brown sugar black tea w/extraboba. Whether I use the website to order or ask the baristas, I always have a good drink in a timely manner. The atmosphere is great, being located on a T-intersection causes it to be framed into local Ann Arbor. Will go here again and maybe buy one of their cute pins/stickers!
Parking: Its beautiful location does lack parking.
Kid-friendliness: I'm sure kids would love the colorful interior and teaninja mascot. side note, the place had a good amount of seating.

Yay! For Tea ninja! Voted Best Bubble Tea in A2 for good reason!!! My favorite is the Milk Rose ? Dee is a sweetheart and Jasmine, too. The whole crew’s happy ? Everytime I come here the boba is truly the best I’ve tasted and staff is so friendly and welcoming and accommodating. I can taste the good feelings in the bubble tea. Thanks Tea Ninja you rock!!!

I’ve been to many bubble tea places. It takes a very long time for them to make drinks here compared to others and that’s without a line. The tapioca bubbles are often undercooked also. If you’re not in a hurry, and not super picky, it’s a good place.

They always run out of tapioca when you know you going to have a game or it's going to be a busy day downtown why wouldn't you make extra cuz you know this happens all the time??? This is so

Tea selection is fine, service is good, but a bubble-to-tea ratio that'll ruin your day.

This place is not fair to its workers. We waited for 45m because there was only 1 person behind the counter preparing drinks. At most I see 2. The robot order system and app kept ringing in new orders and the poor lady behind the counter was about to have a nervous breakdown trying to keep up. No one seemed happy. Please focus more on your employees and customers. Hire more people.
