Very cute but pricey! Love the variety of tea and the selection- but pricey
Loved this place, lots of variety when it comes to teas, tried a few different ones and was quite impressed with quality. The only thing that stopped me from rating this place higher is that when it's busy there isn't many options for seating for how many people were in there.
Guy with earring is mean and called my very cool friend cringey :( that’s actually so mean
The staff was very nice but not knowledgeable about tea. The selection of tea is large and it's obvious someone doing the merchandising knows a lot about tea but sadly not the woman that was behind the counter selling me tea. I wish the staff member would have taken the time get someone that could actually help me and that knew about the teas.
However, the selection is large- they have some very special teas from all over the world- Japan, Taiwan, China... I know a little about Japanese tea and Taiwanese tea and they have some wonderful selections.
It's disappointing to spend $30 on tea and not have someone telling me more about the teas.
I loved the relaxing atmosphere and the great service! Delicious tea, although I didn't like the tea, thats on me. My girlfriends loved it!
Excellent pastries and a wide range of teas including decaf and herbal, even savory scones. Good place to meet a friend if you find parking.
Wonderful tea selection and very helpful staff
Absolutely loved it!!! I will be going back often! ?
This is a lovely place that I like (for a pot of hot tea) but they’ve raised the prices for drinks and all baked goods to the point that it’s unaffordable to get anything anymore. Quality can’t transcend the cost.
The staff were nice but not knowledgeable on the products sold. We got the Ukrainian honey cake and had decent flavor but was pretty dry, wish they would’ve shown us what the inside of the cake looked like or had more information on the description of the cake before we purchased it.

Tea is good but overpriced - $5 for a small iced tea.
Laptop usage is also verboten here - does not matter if the store is empty and you’re working quietly in the corner, you will be told to stop.
So many choices with knowledgeable people to help you choose.
With dozens of different teas, very good service and a central location, this is a great place to spend time without any worries.
Very nice vibes, and all of their chai selection is good. I had a piece of pistachio rose cake, it's gluten free , very delicious. Also tried a caffeinated green tea , and some other desserts. A comfortable, tastefully decorated Tea Room.
My husband and I love this place. It's a date night vibe with options for everyone. The bathroom is wheelchair accessible too.
