70 years old and they treated me terrible. I ordered one drink, some woman named "Hannah" gave me something else. When I tried to clarify, she got so angry, I just wanted to quietly leave and asked for my money back. She then got really angry, and LOUDLY ordered me out and said I was Banned. When I asked how she felt she had the right to do that, she said when I first came in, I asked if this was a DEI practicing establishment, since the entire front counter was manned by all asians. Most Ann Arbor businesses are now training and hiring under DEI guidelines, so this was just an observation. but 15 minutes later when she got so angry about messing up the order, She turned it into an excuse to ORDER me out in front of everyone there, about 12:30 pm. She acted like a racist against older men. Just avoid this place. Our community has no place for people who are hostile and hurtful to older people. Nothing special about the products here. She probably lied about her name, since she lied about the other things.

While visiting my son in Ann Arbor, he took me to the TeaHaus as a surprise. He ordered Yunnan Pu-Erh tea and tiramisu. Both were delicious. We enjoyed them as we leisurely played backgammon. It will easily become a staple on my visits. ❤️

Amazing tea house that gives you basically 2 choices...relqx, meditate and drink tea or have an actual conversation with someone... no laptops allowed.. such a breath of fresh air!! They have such an amazing selection! Even if you are not a tea drinker you will find a tea to drink... and the treats are so good :)

We loved sipping our tea in the back, enjoying a board game and chatting. Nice spot to unwind and try some unique tea blends, and the staff are friendly and fun. Cute gifts if you have a tea lover on your shopping list too!

Tea Haus is truly a treasure and a treat. The ambiance is cozy and cute. The tea and pastries are incredible. The cocktails are also delicious. I definitely recommend the Bitter Lemon gin and Tonic and the Hojicha clarified milk punch. The staff is kind and friendly and the owner, Lisa is a delight.

Great place to relax. Knowledgeable staff. If you got some sort of ailment (sore throat, stomach ache) they have teas that can help the symptoms.

Delicious and so many options. They were so helpful informing us about the ones we wanted to try. It was super busy on a Saturday though. If you’re planning on sitting in, I’d go on a weekday!

Awesome place to grab a cup of tea! I love their no laptop policy that helps prevent people from camping out all day. The staff was kind and helpful in choosing a tea. Good place to meet up with a friend.
