We aren't from the area but were in town to celebrate our daughter's birthday. Service was fast and friendly. Our waitress, Diane, was sweet as a button and really helped make her celebration special. Steak was a little on the dryer side but we'd still come back just to see her. She made it feel like we were visiting an old family friend.

I had my roadhouse favorite, fillet and baked potato. Both were cooked perfectly. If you've never been to a Texas Roadhouse, understand that this place gets loud.

Bad news. 9 thousand million people in line. Walked in to check the wait time. Worse news. Aroma not of baking bread, instead was of chuck e cheese's foot. Dunno what was on everyone's mind but it couldn't possibly have been food. Went to Culver's for cheese curds and was moderately satisfied. Sorry guys

Went tonight to celebrate my 8yr old daughter's birthday. Service was good, and the food was great. My only negative; I made sure to mention to our waitress and a manager that came to the table that it was her birthday. All she wanted was to be sung happy birthday like the other 4 people who were acknowledged during our meal. What was supposed to be the highlight of her birthday turned into the saddest part for her. Shout out to the stranger in the parking lot that joined in as I sang to her on our way to the car.

Don’t try to call because no one will pick up the phone. Waited a little over 45 minutes for someone to pick up but never did. Was trying to confirm the time they were doing their Veterans day deal but didn’t get an answer. Drove out there later to find out I was too late. Would have been nice to have known so I would have gone sooner or at least to have saved me the gas. Happy Veterans day!
Went here 11/09/25 at around 4ish. It looked busy but we didnt have to wait long. We had Kaitlyn as our server and she was an absolute rockstar!! It was her first day back after breaking her leg but, honestly, you couldnt even tell. We loved Kaitlyn!!! Food was great, came out fast. Tasted amazing. We got the ribeye and shrimp combo and the cook on it was perfect. We got the fire cactus blossom and it was delicious.

This was the best restaurant experience ever... I was in Ann arbor Michigan for training for work and was kind of out of it mentally I could not focus it was a rough day. Never been to Texas Roadhouse before so I thought I'd give it a try and I Just wanted to make sure Matt the manager Megan the waitress and her trainee Annika were recognized and mentioned because everyone was outstanding. Not only did they make me feel comfortable and welcomed they made it fun and memorable. Thank you all

Me and my fiancé went here to eat on 10/31/25, and the experience overall was absolutely terrible. Not only did the waitress hardly show up, and we were missing several things like crackers to the chili, lemon to the shrimp, forgot to smother my steak, ranch, etc. She also ignored me several times, and had terrible service skills. I was the one paying this time, and she only refilled his drinks, acknowledged him and acted like I wasn’t sitting there. So absolutely rude, and the cherry on top? We watched another waitress who wasn’t our own there, taking beer from the bar and going by the bathroom/kitchen area and chugging it down!! Literally terrible.
