This was our first visit to TGI Fridays. We were seated very fast but it took a very long time for us to receive our drinks. Our food orders did not take to long and was very good. I would return.

Dining area was clean and we'll decorated. Everything smelled delicious from the moment we walked in, the hostess and waitress were friendly and very efficient which is what makes me sad. Everything was perfect even the way the food looked when it came out but even with how fast it came out it was all cold :( the French onion soup was maybe Luke warm and the mozzarella sticks were so cool the cheese was firm, flavors were good but obviously not heated thoroughly. I hate to write anything other than a good review but I was definitely sad as it was my first opportunity to eat at a TGI Fridays in a very long time. Guess I'll just have to try out another location soon.

Dropped in before 6 on a weekday. The host was also our wait person. He did a great job. Although they are not running the 2 for $20.00 (appetizer, entree, and dessert for 2) there, they had a prominently placed card for a $14.99 for 2 entree and 2 sides instead. It was just enough for a not huge dinner. Small salad and rice pilaf for sides and a 6 oz sirloin for him and a parmesan-encrusted grilled boneless chicken round for me. The wait person offered A-1 for the steak right away -- first restaurant in a long time to do this as a matter of course. The entrees and pilaf were served on one plate in the center (he said this would happen) and we got individual plates. We ordered dessert - donut cheesecake which is a slice of cheesecake with two warm donut holes speared onto it. The slice had a drizzle of strawberry sauce.

Taste the Cole slaw before you order it. I got boneless wings which were ok if you like breading, not much chicken with the boneless wings. The Mac and cheese was pretty good, I had a talk blue moon beer draft but tasted funky.

Service was sketchy during to low staff when we got there and a large party in the bar area. The manager/chef was our host and waiter to put it into perspective, everyone was kind and tried their hardest though. Food was pretty good, my steak and shrimp were great but the potatoes had a bad consistency of crispy on the outside and over creamy on the inside, this was not offset with a pleasant taste. My mom who was with really enjoyed her chicken parmesan pasta, all in all a good experience that I would be happy to try again if in the area.

Our waitress was pretty much serving the whole restaurant when we were there, she did a great job. The food was good, and we enjoyed our lunch. The $12.99 deal was great, we both got an appetizer, an entree and a drink for that price each! Thank you

Nothing special and lack of customers seems to emphasize that. My hamburger, ordered to be medium, was burnt. They did replace it with apologies.

Sat at the bar, had David taking care of us, incredibly funny and took great care of our group, will be back!

Horrible...... What happened to fridays.. Was amazing years ago.. Horrible now.. Even after giving it a second chance this year it was horrible again.. What is the management doing? Is their even a manager here ever? I dont get it

Awful food. What happened to Fridays.. Why did the owner let it get to this.. Even the management hasn't fixed it..

So a picture is worth a thousand words. I was really disappointed to say the least. That is how the dish came out to the table. Not even an attempt to present the fruit in a way that made it appear that the bowl wasn't essentially empty. As a server I would think that one wouldn't even want to bring that to the customer's table, but what do I know? It's clear that the quality of the food is not what it used to be which is unfortunate. Or maybe it was an off night, either way I won't be making a special trip there anytime soon.

My wife and I have been here plenty of times. While the food is good, what keeps us coming back is the incredible service. We've never had a server that was less than amazing, and it really makes each experience top notch
