This was our first time visiting The Chop House. We wanted to do something special. The ambiance was perfect, with soft lighting and the beautiful art on the walls. We started wirh a glass of riesling and the cheese plate, and loved both. I make it a point of dining there when i am in ann arbor .
We had mark and zander as waiters/bartenders and they did not dissapoint!
Our cocktails including a special custom one for may gal (original red dragon martini )were fantastic!
Our service was impeccable as was our stuffed shrimps,ribeye and decadent banana fosters bread pudding were all outstanding!

To call this a restaurant would be an insult and to refer to our server as a waiter would be blatantly rude. This was an experience and Joe was our guide, The Chop House deserves 5 stars across the board and don't even get me started with Brendan in the cigar lounge- easily took 25 minutes just explaining every single cigar we asked about and clearly knew his stuff!
