Never again. For years, I’ve purchased cupcakes from the Bakerhouse for my nieces’ and nephews’ birthdays—the kids loved them. But after today, they won’t see another cent from me. I called to check on my order, and someone named Jake answered—and was shockingly rude, even hanging up on me mid-sentence. Treating customers like this, let alone loyal customers, is disgraceful. They won’t get another penny from me. Not a cent.

Great service but I got the veggie breakfast sandwich and there were massiveeee chunks of onion. I figured this out too late😂
Sandwich would be greatly improved with smaller diced onion or even just replacing with scallion for a more subtle taste. Also, the veggies themselves could use a small sprinkle of seasoning. I got an everything bagel and the sandwich still tasted a bit bland.

The new manager did not appear to be very friendly.
My friend had purchased some vegan cookies earlier that day, and when she bit into one, they were stale.
So later that day, we returned to the shop. The employee was pleasant and helpful and offered a refund or a different type of dessert or cookie.
My friend opted to receive a refund. The employee required the manager's assistance in processing the refund.
When the manager arrived from the back of the house to assist, she did not speak, appeared annoyed, and never made eye contact or apologized for the inconvenience.
When I return an item to a store, I would expect the manager to engage with the customer. I felt that the employee did a better job handling the situation than the manager on that particular day.

Delicious and underrated! Love the breakfast sandwiches - excellent ingredients, made well, and fair prices (for the area). Cider donuts are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Perfection. I’m always trying to send more people your way!
Also very very glad you stopped including plastic utensils with every order. It always hurt my heart to know most of them go to waste.m
