I've been here a few times and was underwhelmed both times. The food is ok, but kind of expensive, and the drinks were average. However, the customer service was not great. The two women working seemed very disengaged and unhelpful. They took way too long to just hand us our muffins which we didn't even get warmed up. They were sitting in the case right in front of us. Also, their pastries had no displayed prices at all and we had to ask for each price individually. Not the worst coffee place but I'd rather go elsewhere.

Great almond croissant. Bitter coffee. Won’t be coming back for the latter.

Unprofessional and rude servers/cashiers. Would make the Crepes or any food if they want to and the rule keeps changing everyday . One day they stop making food at 6 one day at 5 and one day at 7. Which one is it?? Even when you come early they would decide based on their mood if they wanna serve you or no. Needs management change and training the workers on actual customer service etiquettes to deal with customers correctly and not based on how they feel.Been coming here for years but Won’t recommend this place anymore to anyone.

Flew in from Boston for the game. Stopped in here after as the location was very convenient, across from Michigan Stadium. The coffee and food are exceptional! The staff was amazing and very friendly. Very personable. We came back the next 2 days in row and will definitely make it a regular spot when we come to Ann Arbor. Highly Recommend!

Great coffee and nice food selection! There aren’t many seats there, but it is a nice and cozy place.

I’ve never tasted a latte as extraordinary as the one I get from Drip — not anywhere else in the world. Their beans have become my absolute favorite. For weeks, I drove 30 minutes every single day just to experience that cup again. When they get it right, the flavor is unreal — rich, indulgent, and almost meditative. It’s the kind of taste that lingers in your breath and stays with you long after the cup is empty.
Like any café, the quality varies from day to day, but on their best days… it’s truly remarkable. I even bought their beans and tried to recreate the latte at home with my own espresso machine, but the result wasn’t even half as good. There’s something about the way Drip does it — the balance, the texture, the aroma — that I simply haven’t found anywhere else.
As long as they keep making that extraordinary latte, I’ll keep going back. Nothing else even comes close.

I came here last weekend to grab a cup of coffee and catch up on some emails. The place has a nice, calm vibe with soft music playing in the background. The barista was friendly and took the time to explain a couple of their seasonal drinks. I tried the caramel latte, and it was pretty good—smooth and not overly sweet. There’s plenty of seating, and I liked that they had outlets for laptops. Prices are fair too. Overall, it’s a cozy spot if you just want to relax or get some work done.

They really need some work on dialing in the espresso here. I think I can make a better latte at home and I don't even have an espresso machine. Not worth the money. Definitely not the morning pick me up I was hoping for. Coffee here is better served on the floor.

Amazing chai and always an incredible ambience to relax and warm up during the cold michigan fall in the shadow of the Big House!
