Nice little bakery in Ann Arbor, presentation was great, as was the variety. Iced latte and chocolate/raspberry croissant was good. However the Frasier tasted like it's been refrigerated for 2 days and the drip coffee was cold and bitter.
The pastries look amazing but I didn't know if you order from the case or from the front.. after a few minutes I moved to the cashier (you order from there) and while everyone was busy doing...things, I waited, and waited finally got to order ordered a medium latte, got a small..( the guy at the front asked medium or large, I said medium). The servers were very friendly it just seems illogically set up.
