We just went to Happy Hour at Pretzel Bell for the first time and it was INCREDIBLE! Amanda, our server, was top-notch. She patiently explained specials and her personal recommendations. The food was delicious! Everyone should try out Pretzel Bell!

Everything was generally great. It was right after a game so they were very busy and our stated half hour wait turned into an hour and 10 minutes. Some of the wait staff was short tempered, but honestly with the circumstances it was somewhat understandable. Our waiter was awesome. Food and sangria was awesome.
Love how the booths are private space. Happy Hour is always a great value the drinks are well mixed with good amount of alcohol. Flavors on dishes are great and a wide variety of options.

Sat at the bar with only four other ppl for 19 minutes with no acknowledgement from the bartender. Never got to order anything so can't say anything about the food or drinks. Still waiting at table for another, so far, 15 minutes and no sign of a server anywhere.
