In addition to always having excellent produce, the produce station may be the last affordable high quality lunch in town. The rotating soups are consistently excellent and the prepared foods and sandwiches are of superlative quality. Also, the background music is always the best!
Try the sandwiches! Always fresh options and incredible selection of flowers
Expensive greenwashing. I was a long time shopper here. It’s gotten so overpriced I can no longer afford to go to Produce Market. They sold some native Michigan plants a couple years ago and I returned to at least support that, but it’s all chemically treated cultivars and even some invasive species like English Ivy. So you can purchase some $7 organic tortilla chips with your invasive plants :)
I bought a steak here. The texture of the steak was even, the fat content was just right, and it was very fragrant when cooked. And the price was more reasonable than other places with the same quality. The store clerks are friendly and cordial.
This place is magical!!! This is a dream of a business, plants, food, veggies, meats, it was rewarding stopping by this business, staff was generous and very welcoming.
I’m from New York. I knew Michigan was referred to as the cherry state so I was looking for Michigan cherries when I visited there. Unfortunately I learned it was not yet the season for cherries. I then saw beautiful cherries from California displayed in the store. I bought 5 bags (about 10 lbs in total). I told the young man and the shop owner (I believe) that I was driving back to NY for 9 hours. They gave me 2 bags of ice cubes to keep the cherries fresh. I now enjoy the best quality of cherries. They are really good. I appreciate the great food and service provided by The Produce Station. Thank you!
New to the Produce Station. Great to see your daily soups listed on the website but suggest that you do the same for your prepared meals. I've tried a couple of them and they are super; meatloaf dinner being one of them. So I'll just go back to the packaged meals and search to see what I can find but it would be better if you had even a whiteboard there listing the specials and offerings for the day. Thanks.
I stopped in today and got a sandwich, broccoli and smoked Gouda soup, and vegetable lasagna. It was all SO good and fresh! Such a cool grocery store and delicious food.
I went here for the first time last week and they have some interesting unique things. Not something that I personally can afford as my main shopping place but it’s definitely worth checking out. Fun salad bar and really cool pre-packaged meals.
They have the most fantastic homemade honey roasted peanut butter

Very nice assortment of gourmet and local foods and drinks. The cashier and staff are very nice. I can found a lot of unique items you can’t find at other stores. Get their fresh made peanut butter!
Butternut squash burritos had barely any filling, it was all tortilla wrap.
As time goes on, this place is prices. Just keep going up-and-up, and up. And I don't know what the hell they do. With all those flowers they literally have about. I don't know a hundred thousand dollars worth of flowers in the spring, and there's no way they can sell them a quarter of those...
Like twenty years ago, this place was a gem.Now it's just ridiculously overpriced, I don't even know who shops there? Aside from wealthy business owners and students, parents on the way in and out of town...
Nineteen dollars 48 ounces of guacamole, and a little more than a pound of pre.Cut fruit
One of our favorite lunch spots and markets in Ann Arbor near the university of Michigan campus and golf course. Our team at Local Junk Removal and Dumpster Rentals will be back again for lunch soon!
