Came in to shop for some flowers and explore this lovely little cafe that came so highly recommended to us, as we are new to the area. We were immediately greeted by a very aggressive woman, who is apparently in management, who proceeded to berate my friend for having a service animal. Instead of calmly asking us about the legitimacy of the service animal, which every business has the right to do, she began by aggressively speaking over us as we were trying to answer and made us feel incredibly unwelcome. Before we were even given a “hello” or “welcome” we were met with multiple very loud “NO DOGS ALLOWED”. I tried to explain to her that, yes, the service animal is indeed a working animal and yes, he does accompany my friend to the hospital, and no we’ve never had a problem with him in spaces before. This was apparently not a good enough answer for her because she continued to berate us- so my friend who was understandably frustrated at this point blew up and we left.Huge disappointment for anyone with invisible disabilities. Ruined our entire day. My friend has crippling social anxiety and we were simply just looking to quietly purchase flowers and have a coffee. This business is not ADA compliant or disability friendly.

Everything here is very fresh . Everyone here is very friendly. I started shopping here after driving my client here last year.

Great selection of fresh produce and prepared food. Enjoyed the chicken salad and loved the chocolate mousse and brownie.

Good salad selection, but way overpriced on everything else. Don't go in expecting good deals.

Unreasonably expensive. I know it’s a specialty store, but they’re charging atleast 20%-30% higher (for the same products) as even Argus Farm Stop or Agricole. $11 for 16oz of peanut butter, $8 for a bag of lentils, $3 for a mini sized candy bar. Y’all have to be joking! ☠️

Really good, really fresh food and exceptional delivery. Used catering for my post wedding family brunch and everyone loved the french toast and yogurt bar!

I contracted with The Produce Station for a baby shower I was making. This business came extremely highly recommended from the colleagues; was told simply the best in Ann Arbor. I needed a simple order- 4 different (hot) quiches and a fruit platter. We arrived on time. After waiting 10 minutes (which was throwing off our entire timeline) the warm quiches came out. No fruit. We were told we didn't have a fruit tray. I showed the woman my fully paid order. Another 10 minutes go by. We are finally told they are working on it and wiull call when its ready.Needless to say, that did not happen. What did happen was were left scrambling to find fruit for a 25+ person shower in 30 minutes.I have requested a full refund of this order., to commensate for our time, lack of food, and horrific inconvenience!Communication was unacceptable. The excuse: short-handed! By the way: our fruit tray was given to the catering pick up order before ours!!Follow up: the catering manager has been in touch with me and they have refunded us. He was extremely apologetic and kind. That goes a long way in my book...we can't change what happened, but they have tried as best as is possible to make it right!

This is my go to place for craft beer on the south side of AA. Great selection of local craft beer that is normally always freshly canned. Only downside are the prices as I have definitely emptied my wallet on a few occasions here.

I do enjoy coming here… or I did. Still love the food and plants. But today when walking by a display it grabbed my shirt a tore a hole in it. Kinda bummed… I told the cashier… cashier didn’t care… or even ask which display rack it was. Even a sorry would’ve been cool… Just sucks…they’re usually really friendly and nice and seem caring… . And I like this shirt. I hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else. If you go in there be careful of display racks! And enjoy the food and plants.

Awesome place! I work next door and usually get my dinner there.

Staff is great. Produce is top quality. The milk from the local dairy farm is 100% better than buying at the big box stores

It's mostly specialty local and international items inside. They have a really great inventory for events and parties especially the selection of bulk candies and snacks. Their seasonal plants and arrangements are very nice too.
