Pistachio turkey sandwich was fabulous! If you get the 16oz coffee, you'll get a cup size of your head haha. Inside is very cozy and comforting.

Quality has really gone down the last couple months. I got a caprese sandwich and they switched the bread to a cheap baquette cut the long way so there is way too much bread in each bite. They used to have nice sliced pieces of bread for their caprese sandwiches. I also got a strawberry cream croissant which had a grand total of 5 individual slices of a strawberry. They probably didn't even use a whole strawberry for this croissant, but they made it look like every bite would have strawberries by arranging the slices on the edge of the croissant in the display case. Bring back the old bread for the capreses and put more strawberries in your croissants! The price that Songbird Cafe charges does not reflect in the quality of their food. They do not have a good system for picking up food either, you have to wait in line with dine in customers even though they say to tell an employee if you have a pickup order. That doesn't really work when the only employee at the counter is helping the customers at the register.

I had the best breakfast sandwich here! The eggs were fresh and the avocado was perfect! š¤©

I stopped by Songbird Coffee and ordered a black coffee, but unfortunately, it tasted staleālike it might have been poured from an old batch that should have been tossed. That was a bit disappointing. On the bright side, the pastries looked really good, so Iāll likely give them another try. Overall, decent spot but the coffee could definitely be fresher.

Really nice assortment of pastry, sandwiches, and coffee, and they have breakfast offerings like Avo toast and eggs before 3PM (at least on the weekends). The ube latte was really well made, and the pumpkin spice cookie was great as well. The staff was kind and bring your order to you after ordering at the counter.

Dropped by for a cup of coffee and had no troubles finding myself a parking spot. Would visit again.

The food here is fine, but nothing you will remember. The service is very slow and sloppy. I've lived in the area for four years and I keep hoping it will get replaced by something more interesting. Every time I stop in for a sandwich or pastry, I'm sort of disappointed.

Cute location, cute indoors, but it took us an hour to get our food. Ordered before the lunch rush came in and the entire rush got their food and left before we got an answer about where our order was. We didnāt get the friendliest response when we asked where our order from an hour ago was (just one burrito and one sandwich). When we finally did get our food, it was cold and dry. Probably wonāt be coming back, just canāt afford to spend my entire morning waiting on stale breakfast. Might be a good option for some, but not for me.

Average coffee and pastries. Nice enough but there are others. It's in a strip mall area so parking is good.

Had the Phoenix sandwich with home fries and Iced Americano. Food was really good, and the service held up well even during a busy hour. The atmosphere is comfortable, and the servers were friendly and easy to talk to. Solid spot Iād come back to.

Name is cute, place is pretty, employees are kind, but the food and drinks were disappointing - which is unfortunately the whole point of this establishment. It has so much potential though!! Prices do not match the portion or quality you receive. The āClassic Breakfastā was two runny eggs, two dry pieces of bacon, a couple toasts, and some potatoes. Overall lightly seasoned and very bland. AC was cranked so high all the food was cold in a couple minutes. The āGochujang Chicken Wrapā was very small pieces of fried chicken with barely any tomato or lettuce and what appeared to be light mayo inside a tortilla? I donāt know but it could barely hold its shape and was incredibly thin and hollow. The drinks were in cups that look child sized. The place is cute but, no one enjoys feeling deceived.
The staff and atmosphere are very pleasant, the food and coffee are excellent, and I would definitely come back without hesitation.

The best Chai latte I've had in Michigan. The flavor is perfect (not too much/little spice), it's creamy, and just the right amount of sugar so you don't need to add any. Absolutely delicious. The chipotle turkey club is also good. Staff are polite and kind as well.

I love the songbird cafe but have hated every coffee I've tried. Which is on me. And I keep trying.
