Unfortunately spent $14 on 2 specialty hot coffees and they were not made properly and barely warm. Second time this happened, always a new server, obviously the owners aren't training their personnel properly before leaving them on their own. Will not be back to this location again.

Let me start by saying I will never visit a Tim Hortons again as long as I'm alive. I went and bought a dozen and a half donuts. They charged me $33 for a dozen and a half donuts! It is absolutely ridiculous and shouldn't be happening! We as consumers keep tolerating this. I will never visit this company again. That was highway robbery. They robbed me. I can go to dunkin' donuts to pay $10 less for the same donuts. If I was you people I wouldn't be paying them prices for them donuts when there's better donuts with better prices. As you can see I'm disgusted!

Was very excited to try Tim Hortons for the first time, but the attitude at the store was beyond unacceptable. I ordered a steak panini plain, I received a steak wrap with lettuce, blonde lady was more than annoyed, made me a new one and brought a chicken panini. But called out “yea that’s you “ when I looked but to my surprise I didn’t order that so when I told her and she responded “are you kidding me” I just took it but after 2 bites it was horrible and then she wanted to have a bit of sympathy and offer to make me a new one. No thank you after 3 times. I would never recommend Tim hortons in general from the service I received
They missed our order, beverage was incorrect, instead of replacing my drink she gave me a half cup of uncovered coffee through the drive through. We ordered a meal but was not complete and we could not go back as we are on a road trip. Not very happy with the service.

Horrible, horrible service. These people sat there and watched me stand in line, offered zero assistance, while they listened to their headphones and did nothing. I had to leave after about 10 minutes will not be going back!

Terrible terrible rudeness seems to be trending one employee to the next and never have the donuts stocked that I am seeking to order! And the alternative donut be of old, hard and horrible quality extremely disappointed with the lack of care and unpleasant stressful donut

The bathroom was so horrifying that I couldn't bring myself to eat anything from this location. The toilet and a wall was covered in smeared blood. There were layers of filth on the toilet and dryer. And, there was a dead mouse. There's nothing that could bring me to eat here.
