Girl working the window was very rude and did not guide us through our order all we got as a response was an “ok”

Both workers had short tempered and attitudes. Snatched the money out of my hand and slammed the window in my face.
Not coming here again. Ever.

I hadn’t been to Tim Horton’s in a long time, but my mom wanted to stop by one in Ann Arbor. To my surprise, they had an iced matcha latte. They offered oat milk at no extra cost, and it was surprisingly good. You could tell they used a decent matcha powder, and for the size I got, it was only a little over $4! A great value. I would definitely order this again. Since I’m not a big fan of coffee or other lattes here, it’s nice to have a tasty alternative. Of course, I also had to get a Boston cream donut, a classic that did not disappoint. I went through the drive-thru, which was quick and easy. Overall, a convenient spot with solid options for matcha and treats.

You work in customer service first thing you do, GREET YOUR CUSTOMER AT 8am WITH A SMILE YOU ARE SERVING COFFEE HAVE A BETTER ATTITUDE!!!! Also the most expensive Tim Hortons in a 25 mile radius. Flip off another customer and I promise you customer service will never be an option for a job opportunity again. By far worst experience from Tim Hortons DO BETTER OR GET OUT OF THE SERVICE INDUSTRY!!!

was hesitant to write a review, but my experience was very similar to what others have mentioned. I’ve ordered here three times, and each time was difficult, especially when using in-app offers. The staff didn’t seem to understand how to apply them correctly, which made the process inaccurate and not in the customer’s favor. On top of that, she didn’t ask what size drink I wanted and automatically chose the large size.

Got overcharged for coffee and wrap. Asked the lady at the window if she could provide a receipt and she said she couldnt because it wasnt working. I told her I need my food refunded then because I only get reimbursed if I have a receipt. Not a huge deal was happy to go elsewhere. She gave me so much attitude just for this. I wasnt mad and she freaked out even though she overcharged me... Wont be going back. Also only got refunded for half of what they charged.

I ordered a large refresher with light ice so you served me a small in a large cup. Picture a large cup with all but the top half inch being ice. No I'm not exaggerating, be glad I can't add a photo.
