I have not had any experiences with rude staff, but I have seen at least three price increases in one year. The Tim Horton's in Ypsilanti has had the same price for over a year. That's why I will not be going to this TH location anymore.

This is the first time I’ve ever taken the time to write a review because I usually love Tim Hortons, but this location is truly awful in every way. I honestly hope it goes under new management, especially since there aren’t many locations in the Ann Arbor area. Whether it’s the poor attitude, cold food, incorrect orders, terrible coffee, or even something as basic as tossing an unwrapped breakfast wrap into the container, it’s always an issue. Add in the higher prices, and it’s consistently a terrible experience.

Don’t know what these other reviews are talking about, there was very little wrong with this Tim Hortons. It’s a fast food spot, not sure what you expected. Maybe get off your high horse next time and realize everyone’s trying their best, you may even find yourself smiling a bit more.

Girl working the window was very rude and did not guide us through our order all we got as a response was an “ok”
Both workers had short tempered and attitudes. Snatched the money out of my hand and slammed the window in my face. Not coming here again. Ever.

I hadn’t been to Tim Horton’s in a long time, but my mom wanted to stop by one in Ann Arbor. To my surprise, they had an iced matcha latte. They offered oat milk at no extra cost, and it was surprisingly good. You could tell they used a decent matcha powder, and for the size I got, it was only a little over $4! A great value. I would definitely order this again. Since I’m not a big fan of coffee or other lattes here, it’s nice to have a tasty alternative. Of course, I also had to get a Boston cream donut, a classic that did not disappoint. I went through the drive-thru, which was quick and easy. Overall, a convenient spot with solid options for matcha and treats.
