The customer service is very rude and they don’t care about their customers at all. There machines are always broken and don’t bother to tell you only after you have ordered and paid. DONT COME HERE

At least 2 to 3 times a week my coworkers and i order a turkey club on a croissant and today the lady told me i couldn't get because it was a lunch item and when I informed her that i always get it she says she didn't have the turkey it was on the truck which made me feel like she just didn't want to make it. So i ordered something else and the croissants are overcooked as if they were made last night totally burnt... I did not like her attitude at all. I will not be returning to this location. I spent a total of 30 dollars for a horrible breakfast. This was the state street and Ellsworth location in ann arbor

Whenever I ask for a toasted bagel, it’s cold. Paying $6.50 for a coffee and a cold bagel is not ideal

If you want disrespectful service and poorly made breakfast/coffee, then this is the place for you. Whoever the lady was who took our order should not be working with customers. I understand the difficulties of working fast food but it inexcusable to be rude.

The guy taking our order was extremely rude, making commented to my husband about “why do you get quieter every time you talk”… had a major attitude from the start. Definitely needs an attitude adjustment or a new job. Not to mention the food we waited 30 mins for was absolutely horrible, and we threw it out anyways.

Generally the people there need an attitude check. No matter how nice you speak, they’re rude, disrespectful, and make comments and act like you’re not a human being.. and god forbid you do that back. I regret anytime I come here and idk why I do.

If you’re feeling sick it’s the donuts, the guy that bakes don’t change his gloves or wash his hands.he will literally go in the bathroom with the gloves on and come back with the same gloves and continue dipping the donuts , I literally was sick last week because of the lack of them hand washing and touching everything in the store , have literally watched them pick stuff up off the floor with gloves on and continue to make food ? the service will never change unfortunately because rensko doesn’t care if they could let dogs run the restaurant they would….. ???? YALL stay safe tho! The one lady is racist I’ve seen her tell people go back to their country, but she still works there as of today. The manager don’t change her gloves either she picks stuff up off the floor and continue to make food.this place is a joke it’s ran by kids, and the service will always be a 1.
Food all wrong ordered everything bagel bacon sandwich meal didn't get my hashbrown they gave me a plain bagel I'm just upset at work hungry they not answering the phone

So many times I’ve been treated horribly here and yet, I don’t know what makes me even go back the next time. The attitude with these workers are horrible. 3 weeks ago, one of the employees dropped my food while handing it to me from the window and he just dropped his mouth opened and walked away. They rush you at the drive through and make smart comments if you ask them a simple question. I am so sick and tired of the disrespect at that place. If the owner is reading this, if you’re constantly having to buy cream cheese, ask your employees. They throw a big blob and the bagels just so they don’t have to spread. I end up eating more cream cheese than an actual bagel.

I’ve been here twice and both times the staff was extremely rude for no reason. For it being 8am the donuts taste old and stale. I’ve not seen one nice employee here. They were complaining about other customers. I thought the first time the employee was just having a rough day so I gave her the benefit of the doubt, the second time I went inside and noticed how they all treat customers.

I don't understand how corporate don't take care of this place is not just one person have the problem with the rudeness and bad service from the staff I don't even understand how they're still operating I don't even understand how they're still operating. This has been going on forever I have given them several opportunities to see if they have fixed the problem or at least try, but no matter what day or what time, it's always the same thing.
