They do not give out free water, you have to pay for it.
The Baja wrap and Thai chicken wrap were very good. The açaí bowl was okay, and they didn’t put much smoothie. Also the granola was just a mashed up nature valley bar.
Cashier was not very nice but the other workers seemed nicer.

I love trop so much, I got this fruit Acei bowl today that went crazzy!! I suggest this because the fruit mix is soo good & if you like cold fruit this is also perfect for you. I loved putting honey all over this bowl & it just enhances all the flavors of the fruit bowl!!

suddenly told i will be **banned** if i do it again. after coming here literally every day.
couldn't have just asked nicely? :( anyways the place has slowly gotten way less friendly over time. idk what changed but i've slowly felt less welcome.
good food & smoothies tho. i'd rate it 5/5 if it was 6 months ago

Got the All American Wrap, which is supposed to have bacon on it. No bacon and cold in the middle.

Ordered twice from here on a delivery app and got the first order, and it was someone else's and tried again on the second and only got my smoothies. Twice my orders were wrong, thus place does nothing to organize and make sure the dashers/ubers have everything. I like tropical smoothie, but I am not ordering from this place again.
