Smoothies are great and Mike is the best! Always so helpful and friendly.
Even though there's a lot of queer and trans people working and eating here, Mario tries really hard to misgender them

Really awesome experience here as a debate camp RA. I came here often to cool off in the hot Michigan summer. Prices were reasonable and fruits that were the component parts of the smoothies were delicious!
Staff were also very nice! Give them a raise!

Just experienced the worst interaction with an employee. My friend and I spend almost $30 dollars and our smoothies tasted sour and watery. At first, my friend went up to the counter and nicely ask for them to be remade and the employee who’s white with blonde hair (didn’t get his name) replied with “No you can’t, that’s policy we can’t remake the smoothie.” Then I proceeded to get up and walk towards them because my friend and U both knew that wasn’t true— we’ve been there countless times since attending UofM and they’ve remade it when it tasted terrible. So then we asked to speak with a manager for a refund and he said no one is here that has that authority is here to give us a refund. Them after asking for a refund and he continued on being rude and hostile talking about us walking away to the back as he finally caved in and remade them (didn’t taste any better after that either) and as he set them on the counter he slammed the drinks and said “ I hope it’s up to your standards now” in a snarky manner. Will not be coming up here again after speaking with a manager for a refund if this is how customers are treated.
Smoothies came out super quick. The staff was super nice. Food was delicious.

I'm addicted to the Peanut Paradise smoothie and get one every day that I can. Today's was THE WORST P.P. smoothie I've ever had. Almost no flavor, but what flavor it did have did not resemble peanut butter in the slightest. I threw it away. Just gross

I’ve been to this location about two times now. Both times my quesadillas have been so burnt and dry they are hard as rocks. Inedible and tasted terrible. Little to no cheese in sight. When I’ve purchased smoothies they were half blended as well. So sad that this location has disappointed me two times now.

It's totally overpriced and the smoothies are sweetened with a ton of syrup, but they are definitely tasty. I wouldn't really recommend the food here; it's fine but every restaurant on the block has better food. But it's a great spot to grab a smoothie and hang out if you need a place to sit.

Ordered the Sunday usual for my partner, and I only to be left very disappointed when I arrived home with the sad excuse of a wrap. 30 dollars for what?

We were treated poorly by an employee at this location, but the management team reached out and made things right.

They charge you for a glass of water even when you make a purchase ?
They do not give out free water, you have to pay for it.
The Baja wrap and Thai chicken wrap were very good. The açaí bowl was okay, and they didn’t put much smoothie. Also the granola was just a mashed up nature valley bar.
Cashier was not very nice but the other workers seemed nicer.
