The rude server making food kept touching her clothes with gloves on end, touching my food and other people's food. Nor does she speak once handing the food off. A report will be made to higher up in cameras. Shall be review?

Omg every-time i come into this location im greeted with very friendly staff, which is not always the case at the other tropical smoothies i frequent. If you ever want a smoothie and an experience that actually makes you feel like you’re at a tropical 5 star hotel come to this location!! Marina and Mia are always so kind and talkative every Friday morning!

I had a wonderful experience all of the staff were very friendly! I was only in the store for 5 minutes at most so they were very speedy as well! Shout out to Mia and Charles for getting my food and smoothies to me so quickly and doing it with a smile and a friendly attitude!!!!!

I came in today having the worst day of my life, but what turned it around was the amazing customer service that I had received from none other than the great, amazing, tall, handsome, asian, muscular, super duper awesome sauce guy named Joseph, and the super duper nice lady named I think Marinara? I hope that they all have a great day just like how I had mine. If I could, I would leave TEN WHOLE STARS for this place.

Smoothie Cafe is one of my favorite spots to grab a drink or quick snack. The smoothies taste fresh and flavorful, and you can tell they use quality ingredients. The menu has a lot of options, so it’s easy to find something whether you want something fruity, protein-packed, or more dessert-style. The staff is friendly and the service is quick, even when it’s busy. The place is clean and has a nice, relaxed vibe. Prices are reasonable for the portion sizes. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a refreshing and healthy option.

Food was delicious, smoothies were perfect! This location the staff always greet me when I come in and are friendly. Recommended ordering online during peak times as it is a busy location but never had a problem getting food quickly from this location!

I have a family of seven and i understand we are a lot to accommodate sometimes! But the staff here never take issues or get pissy. Marina and mia were so kind and considerate and helpful! I will definitely be coming back more often

Had the best experience here!! Sierra is awesome, has amazing customer service, and has a very warm personality. It wasn’t like this before she worked here, honestly most of the workers were pretty standoffish!! But with Sierra here this place has really gone up in my ranks.
