Lazy and unmanaged. Smoothies taste like ice. Horrible. Pick-up orders never ready.

Came on my lunch break, waited the entire 30 minutes for my one sandwich. Was told repeatedly it was coming and then got the wrong sandwich. Came back, needed a refund because my break was over and was issued a refund in cash for my sandwich but I was not refunded for the tip or the side. Walked away $3 poorer and hungry. I ate here 3+ times a week before and now I will not be back.

People at the register suck. One of the girls love to correct how you say açaí. Order is usually wrong. Long wait. They need more locations!

I promise this is my last time at this location. Place is always dirty, backed up, and staff that cannot provide the bare minimum of expected service. Smoothie is stiff and my wrap is some stuff thrown together. Plus she couldn’t even spell Crystal.

My order had been placed for about 15 minutes. I told them the name for my order, and they informed me they were just waiting for the food. I proceeded to wait another five minutes for them to finish, but still received nothing. I continued to wait while I watched people that ordered after me get their food and smoothies. This tends to be the norm here, as this is not the first time this happened.

I waited 15 minutes for my smoothie and then the girl literally picked a cup off the ground and set it on work station right next to my drink smh…. Then my food was just thrown into the wrapper and more toppings were in wrapper than flatbread
