There was a woman working today with pink hair whose energy was infectious. Amazing enthusiasm and customer service. I did not get her name but she deserves a raise. The world needs more people like you!

Tropical Smoothie Café on Jackson rd is my go-to spot for fresh, delicious smoothies and healthy bites. The ingredients always taste super fresh, and the flavor combos are on point. I’m obsessed with the Sunrise Sunset and Bahama Mama! The staff is always friendly and quick, even when it’s busy. It’s the perfect place for a refreshing pick-me-up or a light, energizing meal. Great music, lit atmosphere, highly recommend!

Consistently the smallest portions of any Tropical Smoothie I've ever visited. My family has been burned 3 times now - never again. They also forgot the side in our pickup order - didn't notice until we were miles away.

This location can get very busy and sometimes there is a wait, but so worth it! The employees are so nice each time I go as well as so apologetic if there’s an inconvenience. I highly recommend this location over the one downtown Ann Arbor. Love smoothies!

Customer service could be better not very welcoming or friendly. Food was good

Food was satisfying, though a bit overheated, it was tolerable. 4star came based on an unusual store practice of collecting the original receipt, as opposed to providing it to the customer. It caused an inconvenience 4me nd imo, the store should take the copy, not the original since the cashiers were not too in the know on retrieving the copy, causing an unnecessary delay which should be held by the store if they "must" keep the original.

Not sure why this location cost more than the location downtown - it makes absolutely no sense -franchised or not. When my spouse and I both order a smoothie, it is nearly $5 cheaper to go to the liberty location downtown A2 then it is to come here.
