Bought a Thai tea. Opened it, and saw this. I mean, Come on, I paid 7 dollars, at least filter the tea before handing it to the costumer.

A very bad experience, my tea had something strange, so strange that it melted the straw as if they used acid for the tea, be very careful, I did not realize it until I took out the straw by chance and I realized that the end had broken into a thousand pieces in the tea and as you can see in the video this straw isnt broken easily, it's only been an hour since I drank it, but I hope I'm fine?

I tried one of their milk bubble teas, and it was delicious. Unfortunately they were out of mochinuts when I visited, so I’ll have to stop by another time to give those a try too, and also try some of the other (many) drinks and treats they offer. They have machines to make your order and pay, which I think makes it so much easier. And another big plus, they have few seats and tables inside, where you can enjoy your tea protected from the cold outside.

Really bad service, worker was so mean I asked about my drink because it tasted funny and different and she said it’s because I got regular ice instead of light, which doesn’t even make sense, I used to work at a boba establishment. Was argued with and my friends drink was also made

We went around 8pm on a Saturday and were the only customers in store. We both ordered milk teas. I got the Chai, and my husband got the Thai tea. I know ice is controversial now, so some people may like this. They didn't put much ice in the drinks at all. I was not a fan of that because my drink wasn't even close to cold. I had to take it home for later. We each added on a mochi donut for $2.50. I got the chocolate and my husband the strawberry. I consider then inedible. They were so greasy that oil would drip down your fingers. You know it's overboard on the greasiness when the icing won't even stay on the donut. They topped it with a chocolate wafer cookie that looked cute but tasted stale and dry. I was very disappointed, and I don't think I will return.

i came here for the mochi donuts…they were disgusting. when you bite into them, oil sputters out of them. the frosting was melted and very sticky. they were also falling apart.mochi donuts aren’t supposed to be like this.

Quite literally my FAVORITE boba place just for the iced thai milk green tea! If youve never tried you have to try it! It is pretty sweet but not overpowering! Doesnt taste similar to regular thai tea a bit of a lighter taste? I also like how the ice is in smaller chunks!
I wish I could rate over five stars!! This is the best bubble tea I've ever had. It pairs so well with the mochi donuts they offer too.

There are a lot of boba places downtown, but honestly, I've found the most unique and best tasting options here. I know some of the other reviews are iffy, but I've always had a good experience ordering food and boba at this location. The ube cream cheese was really tasty! Also taro soft serve, I don't think you can find that anywhere else locally. Yes it's a bit pricey, but all takeout is expensive nowadays.Their dining area is really cute, too.

Great boba in the Santa Cruz area and super cute location! Right next to the beach and boardwalk, no better place in Santa Cruz.
