We stopped by for Happy Hour. Great place! Nice selection of draft beers and cocktails. The atmosphere is bright and welcoming and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Steve waited on us and really made us feel welcome. We will definitely be stopping by again.Vegetarian options: They have some good vegan and vegetarian options that are clearly marked. Sure wish they would include a vegan cheese option on their pizzas and sandwiches.Parking: No problem parking. Nice big lot with easy entrances.

Went I my wife's work party here. The building was a grocery store in a previous life, so the space is large and there is a lot of parking. There is a decent sized bar when you walk in and have numerous liquors available. The food was quite good. My wife had the gnocchi, and I had the carbonnara. Entrees had no accompaniments but were good none the less. Now, if this was the end of the review. I would say 4-4.5. However, the service was extremely lacking. We arrived late as we had a little bit of drive to get there and sat for 20 minutes before I walked up to the bar to get a drink. A young lady who was looking at a laptop and texting at the bar asked if I needed help and assured me she did work there. I said I was going to grab a couple of drinks, and she said she would get out waitress over to get our order. The waitress came to the other end of the table (20 total) and left. I went back to the bar after 10 more minutes to hear the same woman ask if I was served yet and then respond, "I went to the manager. That's all I got." Eventually, we snagged one of the staff walking by who got our drinks. Several more minutes later, we were able to get our order in. We are probably about 30 minutes at the restaurant before getting a drink. If we wanted another drink, we had to walk up to the bar and ask to get one. The Chef/Owner Thad was nice enough to walk over to the table as he saw us trying to find someone to get our bill. He apologized profusely and said there were no excuses for the service tonight. He was extremely nice and obviously passionate about the food and his business. Based on the conversation with the Chef, I would come back and try it again. They are a new restaurant and I will give them the benefit of the doubt.Parking: It was a grocery store before so there is lots of parking.

Tried a few things off the menu the first time I visited and while there were two winners (birria tacos and the Indonesian rice cake dessert), the entire menu is extremely overpriced and pasta dishes were so mediocre that I'm convinced that page might as well be ripped out of the menu book.I like what the space is trying to do, the vibe is nice, but for the price the food is just not worth it. It is very unlikely I will willingly go back when there are better options for significantly less cost in Ann Arbor.

Pricey!! Bring your celebration $$. Love this place. The atmosphere is the best. However, we went on a day with a soft jazz band. I like jazz, but this was a bit much for me. We sat at the bar. My body wasn’t ready for that vibration. Not today. BUT….the eggs over gravy and ‘rolls’ (I’ve forgotten the formal name) was to Die For! I will return for that breakfast!!!!! Some things were missing from the meal, but the bar tender told us this wasn’t her section and the follow-up tender fixed the charges and took off what we didn’t get. No biggie. We know this place well enough.Parking: No issue with parking! Huge lot. Almost always full so you know it’s great. It’s Ann Arbor so expect a lift in prices.

The food was expensive but for the most part it was good. The arancini was delicious, the calamari was a bit bland but the sauce made up for it. The pappardelle with boar bolognese was amazing, easily the best dish of our course. However the carbonara was overcooked, underseasoned, and should not have been served to us. I ate it because we don't like sending things back but the eggs were obviously scrambled in the dish.

I can’t speak to the food, I only had an appetizer; it was mediocre but aptly priced.The pricing isn’t all that crazy, it’s the ambiance.It’s basically like hanging out in a hotel lobby, or the airport. I detest this fad of supposedly “fancy” places that are really just renovated grocery stores. It’ll probably get better as it ages, but for now it’s a glorified garage.
Had cocktails one time, then came back for the great service. Our local use the conference area with lunch,. I recommend it for meetings and lunches.

I'm very disappointed in food today. Ordered shrimp & grits. It came smothered in bacon(?) gravy. Looked disgusting and didn't taste that good. Later, I looked at the online menu and discovered it was prepared like biscuits & gravy - not how it was supposed to be. No one in the kitchen or on wait staff noticed? Please improve your quality controls!!!
