The staff was super nice and friendly. The food options were really great. The coffee options were awesome too and all savers are made in house 10 out of 10. Highly recommend. Also the vibes are great here & their plants are real. Real.

Very nice coffee shop with cool vibe and great tea options, in addition to the full list of coffee drinks. Only drawback is the limited indoor seating.

Cute, work-friendly place with lots of outlets. Staff was great early Monday morning. Delicious matcha latte, not bitter even unsweetened.

I always enjoy my visits here. Their decaf americano is the best I have ever had. Love the pastries, vibe, and the staff’s friendliness!

I guess it's fine and has typical third wave coffee prices but i sat here for over 2.5 hours and heard indie/folk/dad rock that was quite literally only from male artists (beatles, the who, neil young, journey, bob dylan, simon&garfunkel, mj lenderman, wilco)...like this has to be a conscious decision when artists like joni mitchell, mazzy star, idk literally any female artist, exist

Really good coffee with some unique offerings! There is a small collection of baked goods as well. It’s a cute coffee shop with enough power outlets and good enough wifi to make a solid study spot. It’s fairly roomy inside and doesn’t feel cramped like a lot of other coffee shops, and there is also a nice outdoor area with tables and benches too.

Love their coffee. And looking out the glass paneled windows at the traffic on Washtenaw and/or S. University with the reason outside makes one feel so cozy.

I did not want to write a review as I have been going here for a while now, but this place has really become horrible. Service is horrible. I remember when Jared and Bree (tall woman who had brown blondish hair with pixie cut wore glasses) worked there they were skilled Baristas and gave excellent customer service. The new employees a young man with short brown hair, tall nose piercing and his co-workers who also seem young have messed up my drink not once but 3x in recent visits which I paid for didn't ask to get it comped as I want to support this local business. The drinks are either too bitter or too sweet and if you tell them they basically just hand you ingredients wanting you to stir and make a mess of the drink yourself. I really tried to get a hold of the owner to explain to her how newer staff also has a bad attitude and don't make drinks that well. I really hope staff gets better training or this place is going to start gaining poor reviews and have loyal customers leave.

Their website says that 16oz of coffee beans is $10.50.

I was charged $19. I was also given less than 16oz including weight of packaging.

I pointed this out to 2 employees, but they would not refund me the difference. I was told it was an "old menu".

It is still legally false advertisement. Michigan shopper protection law is there for this reason.

Since this was my first experience shopping here, I do not think I would come back. Feels shady to not honor the price on your website.

the staff was really friendly & we loved the coffee! would highly recommend the vanilla latte hot. the syrups are made in house, and the staff seems quite knowledgeable on their product which is always nice. they have a la maazocco machine, and they really know how to froth lattes well. would definitely return!

A very nice place to have a coffee, catch-up with some friends, or get some work done. The place is cozy, comfortable, and offers really good coffee. The only drawback is that it's small and sometimes gets (a bit too) crowded/noisy. Otherwise I hughly recommend it.
