I recently had the pleasure of dining at Vinology and had an incredible experience. Chef Nick's educational session on knife skills and knife sharpening was both informative and engaging. Not only did I leave with improved culinary knowledge, but I also gained insight into the restaurant's commitment to sustainability, with a focus on sourcing proteins responsibly and operating on a no-waste platform. The food was outstanding, reflecting their dedication to quality and ethical practices. Vinology and Chef Nick have truly set a high standard for culinary excellence and environmental consciousness. Highly recommended for both food enthusiasts, wine-lovers, and eco-conscious diners alike! I cannot wait to see what else Chef Nick has in store for Vinology!-I apologize! I think that was an error. I have changed it :)

Excellent restaurant for fine dining. The service was friendly and good. The bartenders made great wine recommendations. Food was outstanding. No wonder it's packed on a Sat Night. Better make a reservation. I picked a spot at the bar so was no problem getting in.Had the Michigan beets and also the octopus paired with a young Bordeaux. It was all very good!

Food was good, but nothing spectacular that could have offset the fact that the service was abysmal. Despite the place being empty food took forever to arrive then drinks took 15 minutes after the food had arrived. Oh and their bottomless brunch drink is a scam. It's not bottomless.. its $20 if you drink exactly 5 drinks... and they don't tell you its$24 for 3 and 32 for 4... Never coming back.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception in 2023. I couldn't recommend this venue more for a small wedding! We rented out the whole lower level for our 50 person wedding reception. I would not recommend this venue if you had anymore than 50 people as it is an intimate space. The food was delicious and we received so many compliments! As for parking, we happened to get married the same day as a home football game but didn't have any issues with parking in the street and nearby lots. All communication is through an online portal and our coordinator was very responsive.

New Chef, New Vibe, New MenuFANTASTIC!Had a wonderful dinner last night!1) amuse bouche - I mean truffles and honeycomb, so good2)broccoli soup - not standard tons of flavor, thicker than normal, wasn't sure at first about the texture but after a couple bites, I couldn't stop, it was almost velvety3) pappardelle pasta - brought me right back to Italy, fresh truffles from "old world truffles",Did not disappoint at all.. Soo good4)Scallops - flawless executed, the miso cauliflower puree, with the pork belly really balanced the meal perfectlyWe can't wait to see what else chef Nick comes up with. We are definitely going back

We’ve always loved Vinology but our experience last night was def one to remember. The amuse bouche with the truffle was amazing. Truffle side shavings for the pasta dish we had and the scallops with crispy pork belly were phenomenal. The service and pace of the courses was also on point. Just a really memorable and delicious

One of the best and most consistent restaurant options in downtown Ann Arbor. Amazing wine list and great food options as well. The ambiance is wonderful and perfect for any occasion. Highly recommend for groups large or small.
They over cooked the steak... It would have been a perfect 5 stars if not for that. Great atmosphere and service. Fantastic wine selection. The duck was delicious.

The food at Vinology is to die for. The prices are a bit expensive but it is well worth it for the quality of meal and amount of food. I have never had anything there that I didn't like!!

We love attending your special events and have spread the word to family and friends. Last night, we invited several couples to join us, and we also made some new friends while we were there sampling wine. Wonderful atmosphere, wine and food, as usual. Great fun!
