Crab ragoons came burnt and the pork sandwich is inedible. This is my favorite sandwich from other Vietnamese restaurants but I highly do not recommend it from here

Again, we were celebrating my grandson’s birthday, and he had requested pho! I’m not sure what each person ordered, but everyone enjoyed the meal and the service. The restaurant personnel handled our group (including 3 boys ages 5, 8, and 10) and other in-coming patrons flawlessly.

Everything was good. The food was fantastic. Plus the customer service is so warm and inviting.

Let me begin by saying I won't be returning here. The broth was the only redeeming quality. The bean sprouts were spoiled and mushy, and the meatball had a strange aftertaste. To make matters worse, the portions were laughably small—there was barely enough noodles to satisfy a child. It's no surprise there's been a string of negative reviews.

2 stars are for the server only!

Food was too expensive compared with most Viet restaurants I've been to. $9 for 2 spring rolls cut into 4 small pieces didn't worth it. Order stir fried Pho and it tasted very bland. Also beware of the 3% credit card fee that's on the bill (no hate to this because I understand it's due to the CC company, but worths keeping in mind anyway).

I'll not be likely to come back!

I really like Vietnamese food, especially all kinds of soup noodles! I have been here few times, but each time I was seeing some disappointing things repeated, if not improved, I don't think I will come back unless you change better!!
On twice experience, , the bean sprouts out began to spoil and smell. Please notice that the bean sprouts washed in hot weather will spoil quickly! Every time the waiter/waitress changed the dish to shredded cabbage after telling me that it had gone bad, the waitress would bring the dish with one hand and the other hand on the vegetables on the dish to the guests, and would not hesitate to touch the inside of water glass and the box for me to pack with her fingers inside! I always see the waitress has been cleaning the table in open areas never care there are some foods already on next table ! one hand with a rag to wipe, the other hand with disinfectant spray on the table next to me, I have to use my hand to protect my noodle soup on my table in that moment ! , I hope waitress here to spray disinfectant in the future with waitress back to the guests! I can't stand it!! -- Every time spray disinfectant, cover the food use your hand, do not directly touch the customer's water cup and inside of dishes with the hand after use the rag and disinfectant!! It is recommended that there should be a formal induction training! And other bad experience i——- please don't rush the guests! Because you wanted to clear the table early? ! The guest just finished eating and wants to stay for a few minutes, check my phone and leave later after a while . Do not disturb the guest repeatedly.asked me that is there any problem? I said no problem, after a while she came back to ask again , 3 times ! ! She said that she need to clean and disinfect the table! There aren't many customers in the restaurant, and wouldn't it be better for business if I sat down for a while after dinner to make the place look lively? I've had two times very unpleasant experiences here! Vietnamese food is delicious! Hope you can improve your service and pay attention to hygiene! Respect the guests! Do not rush guests as soon as they finish eating!!

Food is good, ordered Pho and combo rice bowl. I don’t agree however with the 3% credit card fee. So what does that mean all cash transactions are not reported to the IRA? Sneaky restaurant in my opinion

Ordered the vegan egg rolls and Bahn Mi. Egg rolls had a good flavor but were dripping in grease. Bahn Mi hardly had any flavor and tofu was undercooked and not seasoned. So many better places to go to.

Pho noodle soup- $16 or 18 . Very poor noodle amount. Taste not recommended. Pho is salty. And meat smell is bad. Without any mention, they charged credit card fee, 3%.

Is this the best Vietnamese in Ann Arbor? Yes. There's not a bad thing on the menu. Personally, I'm a huge fan of the banh mi (combo it up with an egg roll for only a few dollars more) and the Thai iced tea. My spouse loves the vermicelli noodle bowl. Can't go wrong here.

Love V Kitchen! Food is REALLY good and all their Vegan options (which there are quite a few of!) are clearly labeled! Ordered take out and it was hot, fresh, and ready at the time they estimated for me. It is definitely a favorite of mine.
