After accidentally spilling coffee on the floor, I apologized to the employees and they reacted as if I’d committed a crime (gasping audibly and cursing at me in Korean). I immediately offered to help clean up and spent over five minutes wiping the floor with napkins. When I asked for a mop to do a better job, they ignored me and kept ordering me to wipe with the napkins. Despite apologizing multiple times, they continued to roll their eyes, make snide comments, and complain loudly. Accidents happen, but the rude and demeaning treatment I received showed a complete lack of respect for customers. I have been a customer for years. I feel extremely disrespected.

Their bread and cakes are amazing, especially the Matcha Redbean and Mammoth Bread—they’re absolutely delicious.

This bakery should have a Michelin star. Innovative culinary artistry, wholesome ingredients, 5 stars on Google are not sufficient for such skills.

Mediocre, pricey, with their bread sometimes flavorless. I’ve been to much better Asian bakeries.

This place is fantastic. We had the croissant, egg bread, and coffee-dusted mochi with espressos. Croissant was the perfect mix of buttery, flaky, and crispy that is impossible to get in US. Egg bread had egg, ham, tomato. The bread was really soft with stron eggy/custardy flavor. The mochi was fresh and huge.

This is a great bakery! I’ve never had anything I didn’t like here. I specifically recommend the cloud bread and almond croissant! The coffee is quite good too.

Why is Yoon’s so excellent? Sigh. When it comes to flavors, consistent quality, and ambience (check out their recent indoor seating), they can do no wrong in my book. I wish they wouldn’t run out of things but even there- can’t fault them for people buying faster than Yoon’s can bake. I wish parking was less crazy but they don’t run the parking lot! It’s always hard figuring out what to put on your tray but my basque cheesecake and pillowy red bean bun never fail. So off I went with them a couple pounds closer to joy. When your kids grow up and there are three or more Korean bakeries in and around Ann Arbor trying to compete, tell them no one comes close to the savory sweet and all bakes complete, OG Yoon’s bakery.

Sad i cycled all the way here from canton coz i was craving bingsu and its rare in mi. only to find out its out of season. Just bought some breads instead. Its good. I like that their custard breads are fluffy and soft. Not too sweet. The blueberry bun is literally as big as my face.

Yoon’s is the number one must stop spot in Ann Arbor. Everything I’ve had from Yoon’s is exceptional! I never visit Ann Arbor without picking up a treat or two.

The food is so outrageously overpriced. I paid several dollars for a tart that was smaller than the palm of my hand. Like, come on dude
My sister sent me a delivery of Yoon’s baked goods for my birthday and it was such a wonderful surprise! The food was absolutely delicious, and they even wrote a happy birthday message with a doodle on the bag ☺️ Thank you so much for making today even more special!

Stopped by today for a quick bite to hold us over until we ate dinner. $40 later and I think we bought way more than planned and not disappointed about that at all. All of their stuff we tried was amazing. Will definitely be back!
