He really is in tune with what we like and don't, and continues to offer new exciting (and healthy!) options to fold into our meal routines. Roy has also catered a large party we hosted at our house and people could not stop talking about the food. Everything was so simple, from the planning to preparation and display of food. Had a Latin American themed meal at a wine tasting party last night. Chef crushed it.Honestly, six or seven things could have been my favorite. The Brazilian pot roast, the carnitas with candied jalapeños, the Argentine steak cuts, the Brazilian stew, and the paella were all insanely good.Can’t recommend chef enough.
