Excellent authentic Lebanese cuisine. The chicken shawarma pita wrap was soooo good and full of garlic sauce. I also tried the ginger hummus which was a delightful combination of excellent hummus with shredded raw ginger on top

Great place to stop into as you drive through Ann Arbor! Service was friendly and quick, and plenty of cool areas to sit inside.
The Shish Tawook was absolutely delicious. Chicken was cooked perfectly and the flavor was incredible! The rice with a hint of sumac was a great side.

Was driving across Michigan and found this spot outside of Ann Arbor. You walk in and order at the counter, the menu is easy to read and the worker gave us great recommendations.
The Shish Tawook were juicy marinated chunks of chicken breast served with rice, garlic sauce and pita bread. Eating all 3 together was so amazing! I also ordered a half Fattoush Salad that was HUGE for only being a half salad.

The food was really good, good option and flavorful. The restaurant looks closed, or like it should be because the lights are falling from the ceiling, the ceiling tiles are stained from water leaks, sign is broken and stuff piled up outside. Service was ok, had to go in and get my food because they only brought part of it out to us.

We had delicious food from Uncle Ali and the fabulous staff at Zamaan Cafe. Tawook and Kufta were excellent as well as the grape leaves, rice and Fattoush salad. I Highly recommend dining in or take out from Zamaan Cafe for authentic Lebanese cuisine. Mom said the grape leaves were the best she had ever had eaten. The Tawook chicken was the best chicken I have ever tasted. Thank you Uncle Ali !!

We were here with a group of friends. The first weird thing was that they don’t take the order from you at the table so you have to go and order at the desk!
There was nothing on the table, no water, no silverware!! We ordered a koobide plate so it is served with rice and many restaurants have spoons for such a dish. They brought some forks and knives!! After we asked multiple times, they finally brought 5 spoons, however we were 9!
The koobide wasn’t the Persian style nor the chicken kabob. Between the koobide and the chicken kabob, I would say the chicken kabob was better.
The rice was not my favorite, it wasn’t cooked well and it didn’t seem like high-quality rice.
Overall neither the service nor the food was satisfying..

Dont ever go on your lunch break! So, I really thought this could be the place to get lunch every day, but I was very wrong. I ordered the chicken fattouch salad and 30 min later, they came out with just a salad. They got my order wrong so they took it back to added the chiken and charged me for the chiken separately. I paid $19 for all together . . . .what a joke of a place!
