Obviously, one of the best deli’s in Michigan the pastrami is amazing and Liliana is the best, listen to whatever she has to say she knows what she’s talking about.
So, I don't get to Zingermans very often, due to the fact that I live in Kentucky. I don't need to tell you about the quality of their product, it's always the best. I want to compliment the staff. Being an infrequent customer, I usually need a little quidance on negotiating the Deli. The staff is always extremely knowledgeable and over the top helpful. But, more than that, they are all happy and smiling. After my last interaction, I realized that they were as happy helping me as I was in getting help. keep up the great work! I'll be back as soon as I can. P.S. I love the Balsamic Blowout promotion.
Marvelously stellar!

Best Reuben I've ever had.
Service is top notch, friendly, and very explanatory.
If you're ever in Ann Arbor, this is the place for delicious sandwiches and a wide array of imported goods. I even snagged a fresh extra virgin olive oil that was harvested just weeks before purchase. You won't find that anywhere else.

I came into town to see the wolverines play northwestern. And I had heard so much about this sandwich shop, that I definitely didn’t want to leave the city without trying it. It was cool to stop by this historic sandwich and try a sandwich. The restaurant /deli was really busy. I did feel rushed to order my sandwich. I felt like the lady who was helping me decide what sandwich I wanted was rushing me to make a decision. It was very off-putting. I get that the line was long , but don’t rush me…. I got chicken sandwich with pepper bacon and a turkey sandwich with bacon. Two bags of chips and two drinks for $60.49. I didn’t think that the sandwiches equaled that amount, but hey. I would come back to try another sandwich but again I thought it was just okay…,

For twenty-something dollars, you should probably get a sandwich with enough meat on it to at least put a dent in your hunger. Sorely disappointed. The sandwich was fine taste-wise (your basic Rueben), but it should have cost $10. Oh-and the service was borderline rude. Unfriendly would be a better word. Won’t be back.

Their Reuben was outstanding (4.5/5), unfortunately it was very very pricey at $22. Their ham and cheese selection was always good tho and seems decently priced.
