Always incredible service and consistently delicious food! They go out of their way to provide an exceptional experience every time and that’s why we keep coming back… and because the sandwiches are the best in the whole state too.

Hands down, the best purchasable kugel available. Everything else is great too, but the kugel is insane.

Don’t believe the hype! Sorry but food was only OK and wildly expensive for what it is. Compared to some great NY deli’s, this place is way below average. Maybe you can’t find a decent sandwich in Detroit or A2 so that’s why folks like it but for $40 for two sandwiches you expect to be wowed. The only thing making you say wow is the bill. Super unimpressed.

I was there with my husband tonight. Zingerman’s is small and cozy! Our helper or tourist guide Lilianna was just absolutely phenomenal! She told us “we have everything you need to make this experience unique” and she was so right. We ordered everything that she recommended like a pesto sandwich with mozzarella, a pastrami with sauerkraut, a potato pancake, a soda and an ice tea! She took us to another building to get the tea and even gave us a tour! The store is like being in a food dream! It has chocolates, brownies, breads, olive oils, wines, and everything you could ever want. When we were ordering the food we did not know what soup to get! I wanted a clear chicken broth but my husband wanted something more traditional because it was cold and raining! Lilianna went to the chicken and got for us a sample of the mushroom barley soup and we ended buying a bowl as well!Your sandwiches were delicious and the customer service was outstanding, well trained and friendly! It was a delightful experience! What a treat to be there! We are amazed and we are looking forward to eat there again

This Restaurant was located in a quaint little place, in Ann Arbor. It serves everything from mouth watering sandwiches, delicious desserts and so much more. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, especially Teresa. She was a greeter, like a tour guide. She helped us order, get acquainted with this phenomenal place. We will definitely go back. I was between appointmentsat U OF M Hospital and from Canada. It was a nice treat, beautiful surroundings and 5 stars worthy.Parking: There were between 10-20 spots in the little area where we parked. It was a meter type, to the left of the whimsical store.

They are a little expensive for a sandwich, but it's a fantastic sandwich!

Everything was pretty pricey. We got a large Zingerman's Reuben, toasted, with a traditional pickle. The sandwich was really good---top tier. It had great proportions and was big enough, but the pickle was a little disappointing as it was small and tasted more salty than vinegary.

Great food, an Ann Arbor institution. Long lines and high prices prevent a 5 star review. Zingermans is a great AA citizen, with its incubator program for food businesses around the city. The bakery, the cheese shop, and so many others - Ann Arbor's food scene owes so much to Zingermans.

I was visiting Ann Arbor from SC and went here on a recommendation. The bread alone is enough to make me wait hours and the pickles were awesome. Wonderful experience and I will definitely be back.

What is there to say that hasn't been said? This is a deli wonderland. Order meats, cheeses, breads, salads at the front (make sure you take a number!). Move on back to order sandwiches (or order at the tent outside or via phone). Browse the canned/bottled/tinned goods. Get surprised by a very kind worker who offers you a taste of not one but two very pricey mustards that you're admiring with your child. Get a cel-ray soda and some pickles to go with your sandwich and enjoy! Lots of seating upstairs or outside!
