Checked in at 6:15 and they said it would be 30-35min. Checked with hostess at 45 minutes and she said it would be 10 minutes. Took an hour and a half to get the text. With it being Mother’s Day I understand it is busy, but not giving proper information to patrons is frustrating.

If you have to ask how was the service you have never been to Zingermans. They are customer service! It is my go to spot when cruising through Ann Arbor. The real problem is what to order. It is all great. The smells just waft around you and make the decision harder. Don’t look up as different entrees pass you and change your mind. Last stop was the French dip with peppers and onions(recommend to me by the bartender). Go hungry and leave needing a nap. Such great service and quality of food. Go Already!Dietary restrictions: They will modify to suit your needs!Wheelchair accessibility: I use forearm crutches and it’s easy in and out.
The food was good. The fries were a bit overdone, but i understand because of occasion the the amount of guests in the restaurant. I had a burger..it was delicious. The server was extremely helpful to my mothers needs..she definetely went above and beyond. My mother can be a bit of a handful. Overall, my first experience at Zingermans Roadhouse was fantastic. All the staff..despite being extremely busy were friendly and helpful. Thank You.
Were do I start. Called ahead of time for a diet food prep request. Person on the phone said they didn't think they could do it. I ask if she could ask someone. She came back and said they could. We arrived and had a delay, not a problem as it was a holiday. Food to about a hour 15 minutes. We didn't get everything we ordered. Food was cold when we received it. Waited about 15 minutes for sugar and cream for coffee. We have been long time fans of roadhouse. Not sure what is going on but this was pretty bad.
It was a lot louder than usual I think because it was Mother's Day. The food was great however my mother was not as happy as my son and myself. Her ham seemed uncooked. And the biscuits were a bit dry. Everything thing else was wonderful.
First time at Zingerman's Roadhouse and we were not disappointed. Even though it was Mother's Day it was great. From the hostess checking patrons in, to the server who was friendly and attentive even though the place was packed and the food was delicious.

First time I've ever been a bit disappointed with the meal. My brunch favorite, corned beef hash, was lukewarm, poached eggs quite underdone, and toast was almost warm but not toasty. Everyone else's meal was very good.

Always great! Loved the Mother's Day menu options , my child good came out so quick to keep her happy and entertained and our food came out shortly after. Service was great, always a 12/10 experience!

We have a group that goes to lunch monthly, and this was one of the best we've had. Food and drinks were all excellent, and the service was fabulous.
Had a lovely dinner to celebrate a graduation. Excellent service, food was delicious and generously portioned.Vegetarian options: My vegetarian mother was impressed by her dish

The restaurant was very accomodating, allowing me to add another person the day of the reservation. Service was wonderful, and the food was amazing! We all thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

The service was fantastic. Really nice peopleWorking there. Our server was especially great. I had the chicken Mac and Cheese, that gets five stars. We shared the Poutine, also five stars. My wife had the BBQ plate, it was a little too spicy, and the sides were just okay.
