Great food, always very fresh. Service can be slow during peak times but overall this is a very good restaurant.
Our table was in the middle of the room due to our large party so it was causing a little bit of traffic. The food was delicious and we left satisfied!
We had a reservation today for lunch and they said they couldn't serve us for another 45 minutes because they were backed up. Unacceptable as we were tight for time and didn't have another option.
We had reservations on a Sunday at 11 AM. We were seated promptly. We ordered and it took over an hour and 15 minutes to get our food. There were only two waitstaff working the entire restaurant and they were severely overwhelmed. The kitchen was so behind that they stopped admitting additional patrons to the restaurant so the kitchen could catch up. Management seemed oblivious. We were never told that the kitchen was behind or that our food was running late. It was a struggle to get water refills. When our food did come, the scrambled eggs were cold and disgusting. The restaurant has thrown the waiters under the bus and setting them up for failure.
Exceptional service and great food! We will be back! I ordered the omelette and it didn't disappoint
The place was clean, food was good and a great atmosphere. While our server was great, it took a long time to get drinks and dinner. We were not in a hurry, but it was a bit delayed, so maybe just staffing issues.
Flies while we were sitting outside because plates weren't getting cleared fast enough. We asked to be reseated but the hostess never told the waitress that we had been reseated. Our waitress never checked in on us once she knew where we were. Ki, our bustboy, did bring me a new mimosa because the one sitting outside had flies all over it. I asked a server for another mimosa and she was completely rude to me and told me to wait for my server. Happy Birthday to me.
Food is great and atmosphere is great. A bit pricey and a bit slow service. But we still go regularly as we like it overall.
Went here for dinner over parents weekend and didn't have the greatest experience. Food took an hour to come out and when it did, portions were small and flavor was lacking— overall just not worth the price. I love Cafe Zola downtown so i'm willing to give it a second chance but we were certainly disappointed this time around.
Our waitress was phenomenal! I would request her again if and when I return to Ann Arbor. She had a lot of tables, and it was pretty busy for a Sunday, but she maintained her composure.

Excellent food—both in taste and presentation. The service was outstanding, and being able to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather was an added bonus.
Check out my I G lawyer.traveler.dreamer for more footage of our dining experience. Zola Bistro in Bucharest is one of those places that instantly makes you want to stay longer. The floral decor is beautiful without feeling overdone. The space feels cozy and stylish at the same time. I went there for lunch with a friend, and it was exactly the kind of place you want for a slow, easy conversation over good food. The menu has a nice variety. Everything we tried was fresh and well-prepared. I ordered a matcha latte that came with a tiny bear-shaped foam on top, which was a fun touch. We also loved the comfortable seating. The swing chairs gave the place a playful vibe without feeling gimmicky. Service was friendly and fairly quick, even though the place was busy. Prices are on the higher end for Bucharest but fair for the quality and atmosphere. If you’re into places that balance aesthetics with solid food and a relaxed feel, Zola is worth checking out.
Great restaurant! Food was innovative and excellent! The watermelon Feta Slab salad was outstanding! Very different and delicious sauces for chicken satay, cauliflower frittis and the fish tacos really complemented the dishes. Highly recommend Zola Bistro!
Our server was very attentive and friendly. The food was really good! I had the Shakshuka and it tasted even better than what my cousin makes!! We will be back.
Went to Zola Bistro for a late Mother's Day celebration. Everyone loved the food they ordered. We had the Americana breakfast, Turkish Breakfast, monte cristo turkey sandwich, salad, and special omelet with asparagus and goat cheese. Mochas were DELICIOUS!
