Walked up right at open, and was warmly greeted right away. I heard the fries drop in the frier as I ordered them, and that notable high pitched sizzle of fresh grease met my ears. Fries were crispy, bbq sauce was mild and sweet, and the smoke flavor was actually present and delightful. Whoever smokes the pork did a marvelous job making sure that I can actually taste what I want: smoked meat.Stand up job, keep it up, I’ll be back!
