I called the Biggby at GLC for something totally unrelated to coffee, and ended up having the best customer service experience thanks to Lexi. I explained that the nearby Lego store never answers their phone and that I was trying to track down a specific set. Since we live about two hours away, I didn’t want to make the drive without knowing if it was in stock.

I work in the mall, so I’m a frequent customer and everytime I visit everyone is so kind! I had a situation with the mobile app and they helped me out and have always been super nice!

Stopped by this coffee shop in the mall and unfortunately it was not as good as other locations I had visited. I ordered a cold brew coffee and it was very bitter and had little of the caramel flavoring that I wanted in it. The service during my visit was also rather mediocre as well. I did get my order quickly however and there was little wait time but I was disappointed that it was not consistent compared to previous visits.
