Buscemis of Auburn Hills

I come here several days a week for pizza at lunch and it’s always been a good experience. Fast friendly service and fresh pizza always ready to go. Awesome location!

People that work there are nice as can be but there serving sizes are really small compared to other chains. I ordered thighs and drumsticks online and got chicken tenders instead when I got home. Not too happy about that but it is what it is. Chicken tenders are really dry which is why I usually get bone-in from this establishment. The food is.. well it’s food. I’ve had much better before. If you can go somewhere else please do. But if you fancy getting the wrong items on your order and getting a large fry but only having 8-10 fries in the bag be my guest. Maybe it was just a bad morning but this has ruined my experience with this normally wonderful place.

This place has good tasting food MOST of the time. Sometimes you'll get a slice of pizza or a breadstick thats literally as hard as a brick... And they charge $8.50 for a torpedo sub thats 85% bread. See my photo.

Love this Buschemis, always great service. Good selection of snacks, energy drinks, ice cream, and they have cups with ice. Super convenient and pleasant to go to.

Don’t go here after 9pm for food they r closed for food

It's so hard to know if the other Buscemis I went to is the outlier with how Good it was, or if this specific Buscemis is the outlier for how bad it was. There was basically no sauce on the pizza, it literally tasted like Little Caesars (but with less sauce) for twice the price. I was craving Buscemis pizza for weeeeks and this just did not satisfy at all. Entire family agreed with the sentiment.
I feel really bad leaving negative reviews, but it was actually such a waste of money.

This place has amazing pizza and chicken. Customer service is exceptional. They always go above and beyond to have anything that you need and a lady with a long black hair that works tuesdays and sundays is absolutely phenomenal.

Very convenient location amazing staff. Great variety in liquors, as well as great Buscemis food such as pizza, subs, calzones salads.

Good people that make delicious food. They do not throw away the food at the end of the night they give it to their customers.

I was looking for a Buscemis as we had a road trip north & we wanted a couple subs. This Buscemis had what we were looking for. It was an early Sunday morning, yet they had a good assortment of subs available pre-made. They were delicious. It’s a combo convenience store, gas station and had we gone at a different time they would better to grill subs. Excellent location. Helpful staff.

First off. Great customer service. Great building and property. That's where all the greatness stops.

Low quality pizza for top dollar. I've been to about four different buschemis before this one. They all were remarkable.

The pizza I received from here was disgusting. Nobody wanted to eat it. It's hard to screw up a large pepperoni pizza.

They also neglected to add Parmesan. Which was the employees SUGGESTION and I said absolutely. Why recommend something then not even follow through?

I will continue to purchase gas from this location as it's a wonderful gas station.

But I refuse to ever purchase food cooked by this establishment. You have to draw the line somewhere. Cottage in across the street taste better and cost less. Doesn't make sense.

I was so disappointed I got the pizza for the snow storm and it's just sitting here. Nasty and stinky.

Response to owner: this is ABOUT your gas station pizza. Not cottage in. And you sell whole pizzas too. Stop lying.
