The atmosphere of this mall food court might not be everyone's taste, but the food was good - the queue on a Saturday proves that Charleys is one of the more popular places at that food court. When trying the ordering machine it was out of paper and couldn't print a receipt; staff were attentive though and printed a receipt, with the order number. The wait was under ten minutes during that busy time. The special jalapeño bacon steak was tasty, the bread was a bit small...

I get food from here for lunch sometimes and it's really good food. They didn't have more workers and only two workers today. It was a long time to wait for my food after I ordered my food.

The Chicken Teriyaki Sub. was very good, but it would have been messy to eat if I hadn't borrowed a fork and knife from next door. I like the messy ones, but Charleys might consider having plastic wear available. The fries were hot and fresh.
