Everyone knows Cinnabon cinnamon rolls are fantastic. With that being said, they need to hire new staff. Every time we have visited, the lady that is always working had the worst attitude I have ever seen. The customer service is awful. If you really hate people or your job that much, find a new job! She yelled at my grandma for adding a water onto our order for my son and several other customers as well.
