Don’t go to this place they just make you wait wait and wait and finally cancels your order same thing happened with me, they said 30min then 10min and after waiting for 25min says we haven’t even started making and asks if you want to cancel the order. I wouldn’t recommend this place

Ordering a lunch order and it was supposed to be delivery by a certain time 30 minutes later called them they're delivery driver didn't come in so they tried to get DoorDash to delivery it they couldn't get a dasher to deliver and never called me to say that I found out by calling them to see where was my order customer service is 0%

May 2026: Very good! Visiting the area for a show and this place was on the list of pizza restaurants that would deliver to our hotel. Very friendly on the phone, delivered exactly when they said it would be, lots of toppings. Also asked if we needed plates, napkins, etc. (at no charge) since we were at a hotel. Would definitely order from them again if we were in the area.

Ordered a pizza. Quoted 30 to 40 minutes till it's ready. 90 minutes later, it's still 30 minutes. Don't waste your time. You could make 10 pizzas from scratch and still have time fir dessert before there guys can get a pizza out the door.

My 1st time here and trying Cottage Inn Pizza.Ive been meaning to try it and I finally did.I do not regret eating my entire Lunch Combo which is daily until 3pm its a Small 2Topping Pizza and a 20oz drink and I'm in love and hooked. This location is amazing

Cottage Inn pizza is a staple in the pie industry in our area. Toppings are plentiful and the cheese is perfect. The meat lovers is our favorite but they offer a wide variety of selections. Beware you don't need extra cheese. Cheesy bread is a great appetizer / side or even on its own.

I love Cottage Inn. It's my favorite pizza place locally. It's delicious and I usually order once a week or two. I will choose this place over any other pizza place locally.

But...your website and app are beyond frustrating to use. My bank card expired and I cannot add my new card. All I needed to do was update the expiration date and # on back but it wouldn't let me. I could only delete my old card and there is no where to add it back unless you order something. The box to input your Card info never loads(pic attached). I guess I'm not ordering anything until this is fixed.

I do not like to call and order over the phone because people tend to mess up phone orders.

BEST VEGGIE PIZZA EVER!!!

I absolutely love that they offer the option to add green olives and artichokes, such a game changer! The seasoning and garlic butter take this ooey, gooey slice of greatness completely over the top.

The service is always quick, the staff is super friendly with positive attitudes, and my orders are consistently accurate and delicious.

Perfect for our Friday dinner during Lent!
