Honestly don't know why this location has a low rating. I've been ordering from here for a few years now, and keep coming back to it after trying different pizza places. Food is consistent, tastes great, prepared in a timely manner, delivery drivers are corteous and follow delivery instructions. The only item that doesn't come out great is their cheesy breads, a little under-done for me. Pizzas, tater tots, chocolate lava, are all favorites and done great 👌🏼
I've never an issue with this location. I came to check the reviews on the food and noticed its all complaints on service. Food is just as expected to me. Place seems clean. And I've never had to wait or fight or argue for my food.
You guys need to give Teddy a raise, and then give them another raise. Never a negative interaction and they are always on top of it, even when managing multiple sections by themself.
