“A group of us ladies who are deaf and/or HOH (hard of hearing) came together to celebrate our friend’s birthday yesterday (1-3-25) and we had a waiter, Jarrod, who I MUST SAY had wonderfully serviced us. He was very understanding and patient to take individual orders. He was personable and friendly. I am able to speak and hear some and “helped relaying” some communications for my friends and TBH, this guy Jarrod, is just freaking AWESOME! He actually got all the orders right (with a slight mistake on 2 similar fish N chips dinner…which is not a big deal at all). I have to tell you just how gosh-darn impressed I was with him! 5 stars for him? Nahhh, I give him a 10! The foods were deliciously wonderful. The atmosphere was very nice and friendly. I LOVE this place and hope to return someday and have THIS GUY, Jarrod, waiting on me/us again! 🙌👍🤟“
