I really appreciate them offering their personal recommendations and taking their conversations with you beyond small talk, making you feel a connection more personal as opposed to just another customer. Their sense of humour and realness really shined through the day my family and I had the pleasure of experiencing the customer service they strive to provide. They paid extra attention to our teen while he placed his order and even surprised him with a complimentary cookie toward the end of our meal along with some very kind/uplifting words. Our subs were prepared to our liking, the ingredients were fresh and our dining atmosphere was as expected.
